It seems that if you earn diamond online you aren't being given offers that every other diamond player is. Every diamond player was supposed to receive that free gift offers regardless where or how you earned it.

I asked about this on the wsop.com forum and was instructed to contact total rewards by Bill. The thread was immediately locked before I could post anything else. I contacted total rewards and they referred me to the promotional department. I contacted them and they have no info at all and said they would contact me back. It's been days without contact

Unless the customer service drastically improves I won't be doing any business with wsop.com in 2016. They have repeatedly proven to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Im new to the total rewards program. I have 0pts. Im planning to play wsop events and cash games exclusively at the aria. Do I get points for the wsop? If so how many points/$ reg fee. Im assuming I make points per hour in cash games. Does the hourly point rate vary depending on the limit you are playing, if so what are rates for 1/3nl, 2/5nl, 5/10nl?

You only get points/comps when you play in the rio poker room (the 10 table room on the casino floor) 17 tier points for 1/3, 34 tier points for 2/5+. Nothing over 2/5 runs in that room though. This info is from what I know from past years so I hope what I am saying remains true. Gl at the series

I have only got 100 tier points added to my account while I have more than 3500 APP points on the client this month. Is there a date that totalrewards gets updated?

I think at the beginning of each month it's updated with the previous month's play factored in.

So I turned Platinum Friday morning around 9 AM. I went to receive a payout at the cage at Caesers (a nightmare, they are ******ed, stay away from Cynthia and the Palace altogether) and I asked for a new card. I received Gold. They told me that it takes 24 hrs to update in the system. Okay no problem. So I go Saturday night around 10PM to pickup another payout. I ask for a new card and again receive Gold. I then go to the total rewards area to discuss why I am being told I am Gold when I have earned Platinum. They tell me that Total Rewards and WSOP are in no way linked. They told me that I am Gold in their system and my "Social Card" (wtf face) status is Platinum. She told me they are not the same at all. She then gave me a phone number to call and a name of a person that is apparently the Manager. She seemed pretty sure of what she was saying and it was pretty much a "if you have a problem with the way this works call him" move from my estimation. She definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about. So are they linked or not?!

My understanding is getting Platinum on the WSOP client is not connected to the total rewards Platinum status. Apparently it used to be that if you maintain online Platinum for 4 months you would have gotten a Platinum card, not anymore though.

For each APP, you should receive one tier point. So, when/if you reach 5000 APP/tier points in a year, you'd get Platinum card. Or so I believe.

I still have not received tier points for my APPs. Others seen their tier points grow?

Some questions

1) Can I deposit on WSOP.com using a credit card?
2) If one deposits with a credit card can they cash out via check? Or what are the cash out methods?
3) Do you have to "clear" a certain amount of rake before you can cash out? Like if I deposit $5,000 and decide i dont want to play there anymore even after like 500 hands, will they allow me to cash out my full balance?

1) Debit cards work, some players have had issues depositing with their debit card due to their bank's rules with online gambling (even though its legal here) I suggest depositing ACH as its the easiest.

2) You can withdraw via check, ACH, or at the cage.

3) No you can play 1 hand and withdraw your full balance if you'd like.

Whats the point of having a diamond status when you cant get rooms comped? Im not talking about fri/sat nights but sun-weekdays.
If I got my diamond status based on the rake I contributed online, I should be getting rooms comped in ac like other regular diamond holders.

if you look back in this thread, they seemed to update on May 12th. maybe the 12th of the month is when they will be updated rather than the 1st. idk, we'll see in July.

You don't get rooms comped just for being diamond. That's at the discretion of the hotel. The best thing about being diamond I've found out about is the free 4 night stays you get hitting aspiration level 1 and 2. I'm almost at level 2. I could book a 4 night stay right now at any CET property at any time for my level 1 reward but would I have to wait a year to take advantage of my level 2? If not I might wait until next month when I'm level 2 to book my free 4 night stay in Vegas at Caesars because I get $750 in air fare on top of it.

What does Platinum really give you? How would I get room discounts? That's really what I'm most intrigued about

Are citibank debit cards no longer working for wsop.com iv spoken to wsop and my bank and neither can tell me what the issue is they just blame it on eachother my bank swears its wsop declining my card and wsop claims its my banks fault.
wsop staff seems so clueless when i call with an issue that i have no faith in the information they provide, so im inclined to side with my bank in thinking this is a fail on wsop part
