With the thing they said at the beginning of the year (Earn 5000 points all year to get B&M Platinum and 15,000 to get B&M Diamond), does anyone know if there is a way to check how many APPs you have earned this entire year?

does anyone know how to confirm your WSOP account is linked with the TR account? i can't find anything anywhere on the TR website and it doesnt show me as having played anything. thanks

Contact support. They will know nothing, have no answers, provide no help. They will however forward this to anther department who will get back to you in 2 to maybe never business days. They will give you a canned response that will in no way address any issue or answer your question and point you to something else like the promotion page.

Rinse and repeat. Enjoy going insane in this never ending cycle. Make sure to ask to speak with a manager. One will not be available but they will tell you that they will call you back. Which they won't.

I'm having trouble finding the page to link the accounts, does anyone have a direct link to it?

I go to the promo page (here: http://www.wsop.com/promotions/) and click on the "Earn Total Rewards" promo.

That takes me to this page (http://www.wsop.com/promotions/trconnect-2015/NJ/), and I click on the link that says all you have to do is click here...

That takes me to this page (http://www.wsop.com/rewards/trconnect/) where it doesn't have a form or any further link to give them my Total Rewards number.

I assume this either means that the accounts were automatically linked without me doing anything and I have no way to confirm it or know that, since they're not overly competent... Or their page is screwed up and there's no way to link them, since they're totally incompetent.

Any ideas or direct links?

Do you have NoScript or something else blocking scripts? When I went to the page I saw nothing, but when I clicked allow page on NoScript, a form built in the page came up.

Nope, it must be a Mac issue. I checked my security settings in Safari and Firefox and wasn't blocking any scripts, but when I opened it up on my cell phone in Dolphin browser, it worked.

I had the same problem as you and I don't have a mac, I do use FireFox. I will have to try the cell phone and see if I can get that to work.

when i linked it, there was a column of 2 links on the left hand side in that slightly shaded area, i had to click on one of them and that brought me to the correct page. they are not there now.

this isnt the 1st time the i've seen the WSOP site have weird glitches, when i was trying to originally download the application it wouldnt recognize me as being in NJ and kept downloading the Nevada app. eventually they fixed it.

i know its not much consolation, but if you check back periodically, it might show up (or try different web browsers)

A couple weeks back when this promo was announced, I emalied support about it and was told that all APPs earned from Jan 1st-April 30th would be converted into TR Tier Credits and deposited in our TR accounts on May 1st. Then each month after, on the 1st, the previous months points will be added.

As for checking your total APP earned for the year, just subtract how many APPs you need for elite from 50K and that's how many you've earned for the year. You can see that number on any table you open.

Has anyone gotten their tier credits yet? It was bad enough we had to wait a whole month, to get it uploaded but the fact that its still not there is ridiculous.

Calmly waited until the first week of May. Has anyone been upgraded to Diamond Total rewards yet? It's a no for me.

I noticed a big bump in my reward credits today but def not as much as I made in app points this year so far. Wondering if this was from my casino play or from wsop. Has anyone else noticed any difference?

I think my Tier credits went up today

My tier credits went up by 563. I'm wondering if it was that 500 tc bonus that platinum members were supposed to get by mid summer or if it was from online play. I didn't think I had nearly that many online... but obviously 563 isn't 500...

Interesting. Mine only went up by about 25% of what it should have. Maybe they are only giving points from April and not the entire year like they stated?
