Table unexpectedly closes, money not creditted back to accounts Table unexpectedly closes, money not creditted back to accounts

Posting here because I cannot find a support email anywhere on their website or in software.

Today, about 1pm Vegas time, our 1/2 plo table Battle Mountain closed unexpectedly. There was a message along the lines of 'the table is no longer available.'

Everyone was kicked. We started a new table, and one player noticed his money was not creditted back. The rest of us probably wouldn't have noticed until he said something.

How do we proceed? Is there a support email or phone? If so why the f is it not easy to find? If not, wtf?

I found the chat with customer support icon after about 2 seconds of looking... not really that hard. It is in the cashier.

Lol yea because thats where I'd look for a support contact... the cashier.

Not their help tab, or their about us tab, or with their support faqs. Seems they are almost deliberately hiding it from people, unless they are trying to deposit.

Doesn't matter, I found their contact info via twitter, but thanks for proving how smart you are.

Support is taking care of it, but says it may be 5 days before I get my money back, which is pretty lolworthy. Glad its not a large sum, though it is kind of annoying because I don't much on the site.

So you ask a question, then turn into a condescending jerk when I answer it? Cool

Nope.

If you would have just answered my question, I would have said, thanks.

Instead, you had to first lather it up in condescension, so I decided to respond in kind.

I was going to answer but I felt like if OP did any due diligence whatsoever he would see that the phone number is literally everywhere... including an instant chat option... so yeah Reed... sorry you suck

Lol, am I missing something? The only place I see a phone number, email, or chat option, is if I click on the cashier or on the deposit section of their website.

How is that everywhere? And why would I go to the cashier when I am looking for help on their software bugging out and taking our whole tables money? It seems I wasn't the only one who had trouble finding it. 3 others who had been at the same table also couldn't find it. I'd love to know why the phone number/email/chat isn't under Help/online help. It almost assuredly has to be deliberate.

Hey I know you've never done it before, but the cashier also has a withdrawal option. So by your logic, you're right, the site wants you to cashout your entire bankroll in order to see the support number. I suggest you worry about the GA phone number, delusional creep.

I don't know why everyone is being such a dick, but the support e-mail address in New Jersey is:

NJSupport@WSOP.com

so I assume in Nevada it is NVSupport@WSOP.com but that is just a guess.

Lol what a clown. "Literally everywhere". LOLOLOLOL. I guess I don't consider having support contact info only available in the cashier as 'literally everywhere.' Please show me one other place it shows up and I'll take you off the clown list. Until then go back to your penny game and leave the talking to the adults.

I find it funny that they have a main drop down menu in their software titled 'Help', and no where within that menu or any of its submenus is any contact info for support. But I guess that just makes me a delusional creep.

Its actually just support@wsop.com per Bill Rini on twitter.

I suppose a google search isn't a good resource option either right?

https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q...r+phone+number

hey bozo... you ARE the clown list

http://www.wsop.com/contact/

you could have also gone to any caesers location... checked the cashier... contacted the cage... PMed WSOPBill... yeah that feels like everywhere to me... googled it... yahooed it... binged it... but be more rude to the only one person that was nice enough to even respond to your blatantly ******ed post... now please close the thread and then pull a robin williams... thanks

Too far man. Just stop.
06-01-2015 , 04:53 AM
Just don't appreciate being on the "clown list" when OP has been on this website for 9 years and can't use google. Take me off of this clown list now.
06-01-2015 , 04:55 AM
There is no "clown list."

Lol you provided a url of which there is no link to from their main wsop.com homepage. No it's not rocket science to find the contact info. But its also not obvious within their client/website like it should be. It seems like if I was going to have a support email, phone #, live chat, as well as a main menu in my software client and on my website titled "Help", I'd probably link those things up.

I found the info easy enough via twitter within a few minutes but posted here in the meantime while waiting for a response.
Sorry to have offended you so badly by using these forums to try to gain information about a poker site. But I think you can leave now anyway clown. You are a worthless non contributor here.

i'm on the strip right now with 500k punk... meet you at bellagio highroller room... i will finish my steak and lobster and be there soon... i'm the guy with the guinness... will you need directions or their phone numbers? hand ranking sheet?
06-01-2015 , 06:43 AM
Wow I got a good laugh out of that. Let me know if you ever want to play for real.
06-01-2015 , 07:55 AM
Got a good laugh out of this whole thread. OP wins thread with an indelible clown list

And yes, support info should be far more obvious. As a wise man once said, "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidy."

I've had similar glitches and another glitch where every time I open the client, after my location is verified I'm given an error message telling me "The table you requested is unavailable." or some such nonsense. I never requested a table, I just logged in!

Also game sounds are mute most of the time. Sometimes they work but usually not. Software is very buggy. But hey, when I visited the Rio, I sorta got a glimpse of how this whole operation is run and I wouldn't describe it as a tight ship.

I'll still keep playing though because I don't really have any other options for online.

lol... This is why I don't try to help people... you offer a hand, and it gets bitten.
06-02-2015 , 01:05 AM
Ignore ROI. He's a sociopath troll and a wsop shill. He LITERALLY backs wsop in every complaint anyone has against them by berating the person's intelligence who has an issue with support. Go check the forum threads. He's LITERALLY everywhere.
