Has anyone received theirs yet? You'd think we'd have gotten an email about it by now since it ended 5 days ago.

I did. 2-3 days ago. Less than I thought I would, though.

Earlier in the month, I emailed customer service and ask how many APPs I have earned in the climb promotion, they said they would get back to me in 72 hours, they didn't. I email again, they say that I have started the promotion on May 3rd but they don't know how many APPs. I call 3 days later, still "we will get back to you within 72 hours." I have not played before 3rd, so I figure I have a good approximation.

I played enough to get to a point that I'm clearly over 5k, but I get an email 2 days ago that I only got to 2500 APP (4700 APPs in later email). I email, and they say I opted in 14th. Here is their later response:

Sucks that there is no other option in Nevada.

I guess I did get it I just didn't get an email. First time I never got an email when a bonus got released

Update on my situation: without me responding to their last email, they gave me $125 in my bonus account, which is def nice of them. Good compromise.

I know this isnt a big deal but I received $15 from WSOP when I should have received $35. I opted into the promo beginning of the month and earned at least 400 apps in May. Despite this I only received a $15 bonus a few days ago.

I really dont care... but seems like some mistakes were made in this promo.

Dough, I was in the exact same situation... when I emailed them they said that only points earned via cash counted. I didn't see that in the promotion...
