is there any way to play headsup cash on wsop.com? i only see one $200/400 table. Why would they provide a $200/400 heads up cash table and nothing else?

I think this is probably the best decision for them at the moment because the player pool is so small. There are very few short handed tables running as it is. It would probably be difficult to sustain cash games if the player pool were further segregated.

The best option is to play HU as a short handed table starter which actually can help the site grow if people do it regularly.

With that said, regs should use good table starting etiquette and not jump into the seat directly to the starter's left. There's no better way I can think of for a second player to discourage the first from starting tables.
