just your random swingy ptr. i played with you last night but cant remember much about you (which probably means i didnt see anything terrible).

nothing personal of course

Don't know your stars name, but if we were playing in the 55 I couldn't really blame you for thinking I'm a ****** :P

And my random swingy ptr probably can be explained by the fact that LHE is a random swingy game. Esp. if you're crushing 1/2 and are getting crushed at 2/4, playing against the same people. Or maybe I just suck

The list of beaten up, broken down, pauper wrestlers who once fed upon the marks' transient interest is very long. But those who can prosper when the marks disappear, perhaps having exceptional skill such that they can make a living from the smarks, or an ability to wrestle in different styles, need not worry about the marks' changing fickle tastes. Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley are doing quite well in UFC.

While some might dispute their 'wrestling' ability, Hogan and Warrior made the most of their talent while there were was a market for it. It is a good lesson to be sure. The marks, as students of wrestling know, can only support so many guys at the top at any given time. Just don't follow the path of someone like Ric Flair who, despite great success, was seduced by the balla lifestyle and now grinds it out in his 60s. I don't know how that guy can continue to take the horrible bumps he does.
Lesnar isn't doing well in the UFC because he was in the WWE. He was NCAA All-American and National Champ in college wrestling long before he got into the WWE.

So there were 3 giant fish......

if you're trying to insult him, then you mean 4, but if you are saying literally how many there were, you are correct according to daquiri's description

Okay guys, what the ****!

So this guy lusky 8 (no space between lusky and 8) sits down and I ptr him, he's -14BB/100 at nearly all FL, fistpump w00t! 60 hands in and he's 33/24.

Who the hell berated this guy so hard he went out and read pokerforums?

._.

i know of a few guys with good PF stats who play so bad postflop that they are huge fish.
05-16-2010 , 02:42 AM
-14BB/100, and all his PTR stats are toward the far right extreme.

Grader puts him at 54% too loose PF and 34% not aggressive enough PF.

Hmm, maybe it's just a big coincidence after these 60 hands, just picking up trash every hand.
05-16-2010 , 02:46 AM
maybe someone else is playing on his account
05-16-2010 , 03:05 AM
Lusky 8 is a fairly well known MTT pro, I think.

The grader doesn't mean ****, and playing 33/24 doesn't make you good.

I mean who actually takes the grader seriously?

Also please continue to lurk and don't improve, i hated you at 2/4 .
05-16-2010 , 04:03 AM
I think winrate and stats are an illusion. I mean you guys know as well as I do that we constantly play against awful regs who tank 5+ BB/100 on a good day, yet PTR says they are winning. You haven't done your homework if you don't realize a solid sample size is 2 million hands in this game. PTR will need to be up for a decade before we have any real info on our opponents. If you think you know anything about this game, it is only further evidence that you know next to nothing.

Of course no one takes the grader seriously, but when it thinks 30/20 is optimal and says you are 54% looser than optimal thats like saying PTR's stats of this guy are at least 50VPIP etc.

In that way it's somewhat useful...

I regret saying anything because people seem to be great at misinterpreting pretty standard things

Then Unguarded comes out in true boss style. SAMPLE SIZE BITCHES LOLOL!!

Also devildances, I'm making a resolution to spend an hour a day at least looking through hands here and posting so MUAH!
