Thats the exact opposite of how he would play the hand against me.

Haha wow. He would have never given me a chance to check though. Nevermind the fact that he gets owned almost every single time I put more action in, he's never folding.

word in the streets is that the king is the biggest loser in 10-20

What would be a nice bankroll for 4-tabling T/20? When it comes to bankroll management I'd like to play with both belt and suspenders, as we say in Sweden.

Yesterday I made my best laydown ever! I had JJ vs a regular and a maniac. I folded on a KK2 flop, then the turn came J(!) and I was like #¤"$#@¤&!!!!1. At the river the guy showed down KJ. I ended up making 100 BBs in 1000 hands and went to sleep a happy boy.

Belts: 10000$

What is Tacomeat's deal? He seems to have a grasp on how to win and has fairly good numbers but is a huge loser in my DB.

TheVitruvian, does he play as bad at 5/T as he does higher? Who open limps?

Chezlaw, quit outplaying me. That is all.
06-06-2008 , 02:53 PM
Tacomeat is ok, I don't think he plays particularly well. Maybe he plays long hours and lots of tables, wins .1bb/100 and lives off fpps or something. I don't mind having him at my table and can't imagine he gives anyone trouble though he's certainly not a fish.

I actively avoid Chezlaw though.

Thoughts on prof. roscher or whatever his name is? and what about "youcallmefishhh"?

Now that I've moved entirely to 5/10 maybe I should go bak through this thread.

Stak

thevitruvian open limps like its his job but plays well post flop
06-06-2008 , 04:29 PM
If by youcallmefishhh you mean callmefishhh i have 1,5k hands on him, in which he lost 1,43 BB/100. I've caught him bluffing in some strange spots a number of times. I think he is a little bit too aggressive, but then again people think I am too passive.

ProfRoscher is solid. I only have 700 hands on him and he pretty much broke even in those. He has called me down with some weak hands a couple of times though.

Today I saw Giantbuddha leave a game with 3 calling station fish in it. I've seen chezlaw and sethypooh do the same. What's up with that, is it just coincidence or are games with too many fish in them considered bad, and in that case why?

I think I've seen him playing 30/60 before, but if he's at 5/10 now maybe he was just taking a random shot. not much to say about him but I think I played a longish HU 10/20 session with him in which he came out on top.

There will always be fish in the pond, but you can't swim forever.

No, that game was great. I even had position on the biggest fish, if I'm thinking of the same table you are. Unfortunately, my girlfriend wanted to go play tennis and that was the only time her sister could drive us there. Serious -EV. I even got a sunburn.

If I'm quitting that game, I'm probably up a ton for the session, and am ready to be done. (If I'm stuck, I'm not leaving, like, ever...)

Rakeback what? These games rock.
06-08-2008 , 02:54 AM
Today was fun. Lose 1059 in 5 hours. Take hour break. Win 1079 in 1.5 hours.

You're welcome all that took my dough during my DOTilt stretch.

Which one of you is Kaila. You are my least favorite reg by far. I pretty much have to cooler/suckout to beat you. Solid IMO.

That is kind of where I am at regarding stars as well. The game selection and softness of (micro stakes) games on stars translates into more a month than rakeback.

In terms of table selection....which regulars do you guys try to avoid most?

List the names.........
