99% sure this is untrue, and they were all in NL holdem.

Absolutely no statistical significance.

when i grow up i want to be "MariaKra" - like her stats (the player has a woman avatar, is it a she or a he?), and with our clashes the last few days it seems this player is a thinking one, and maybe a bit spwey vs. me, but wp...

any thoughts?

when table & seat selecting, what would be your second choice after the loose passive player (47/5 , 60/15) if there are none?

a weak tight guy that doesn't go a lot to SD?

what kind of stats are u looking for in these type of players?

(is this the good thread to ask it?)

I agree with this. Some things obviously get you labeled for life, where I don't think others do. I guess it's personal preference.

i like a really horrible lag who checks behind after raising pf with weak stuff, and open limps alot and shows down super light. I seem to do well against them.

Last edited by tw2238; 06-20-2009 at 11:25 AM. Reason: Almost like a Loose passive but gives to much action with medium strength stuff postflop

for me, the ranking is: maniac>>>>> loose/passive >>>bad lag
I wouldn't seek out weak tight tags as specific targets, games would have to be really horrible for that, thank god they aren't

id prolly only seek out weak tags if rake was insignificant ( ie higher stakes)

otherwise the weak tags are just tough to make money off for obv resasons.

anyone know if this joshbradford guy is a 2plus2er , he seems to do well against the droolers
06-20-2009 , 01:39 PM
I think it's pretty clear loose-passives are the best opponents in all of LHE. I suspect the only reason anyone thinks otherwise is because you don't see enough of them and probably play too aggressively against them because you're used to tags and maniacs

This is so stupid, it's not even funny. Some people just don't seem to care about manners and correct behaviour, maybe this is why the world is such a ****ed up place.
It's actually pretty sad that you and DrivingDog even seem to be proud of behaving like complete douchebags... Well, you have to look into the mirror each day.

Btw there is line between some funny oneliner and sportmanslike kidding around and the abusive and hateful comments DrivingDog so proudly defends here.

I probably wouldn't donk, but if you're raising all your pairs and checking back the turn a lot, its not bad.

Start 3 betting lighter, and barrel off post-flop. High-variance play, but seems to be +EV against this type.
