I apologized twice, now I want to apologize for a third time. Today my friend died on this disease and of course I dont meant it for real, but I cannot travel back in time and stop me from wroting this bulls*it

Sorry for your loss..
And yes there is no excuse for saying something like that, but I do know I'm not myself when I'm tilting hard, it's like dr Jackyll and mr Hyde, I'm a completely different person on rage tilt, able to do/say things I'd never do otherwise. There's a way bigger difference between my massively tilting self and normal self than my blackout drunk self/normal self. So I can relate in a way.

I'm sorry for your loss and I think most people realize that "most" players are just saying things out of extreme tilt and certainly don't mean the litteral sense. So don't feel bad for off handed comments that you said as I'm sure you didn't mean them.

I don't get into the chat wars but there is one player that I make go crazy. RaiseOrr he flips out often at me and I can drive him even further nuts by refering to him as a comi or by starting all comments with the word comrade.

He goes monkey tilt when I type that and I can't help but smile.

I try to respond to all recreational players and I wish more regs would as well. People play online for all kinds of reasons... if answering a few questions like how many tables do you play etc. makes a recreational feel better then it's all of our jobs to do our part.

To be fair I can say something 'out of character' from time to time as well. Hopefully I dont get too nasty......

People tilting at me in the chat box makes me warm and fuzzy inside.

Wadsulator in the chat box makes me feel pity

I actually brought this up in a recent survey that I took part in for Stars. I feel that on a site like stars - where all other aspects are of high quality - that it would greatly benefit from some kind of social and recreational area therein. Now, even the ability to PM users and add friends would make a huge difference. And perhaps a way to create a public profile or an IRC chat all built into the software. Poker does have this strictly business thing going on with the players and hey, it's m'bloomin middle name, but still... Two plus two and things like this were created because of the inherent things poker sites lack. This is the next generation of poker. It is the time for improvement.

You gotta back on the grind to wake up in time.

KK losing to QQ is my story. Next time I'll start a last longer thread for giggles.

Next time the alarm on my iPhone should work. It doesn't if you don't have a provider, apparently, or something.....

I noticed several FL regs cashed pretty decently. Screw you guys.

I got 450 $. Can't complain

I never miss these freerolls... Will post a reminder in this thread next time
02-17-2013 , 10:08 AM
please don't post reminders, that will just draw more lurkers to the donkament
someone who can't set a reminder in his calendar deserves to lose some ev
and so do I, attending some dumb birthday party yesterday

eh... Few additional limit players in 5200 big field won't change anything
Actually... It might get even softer

so much for stars not willing to promote one specific game

I wonder if they will do an LHE week

Or just a "holdem week" with NL and LHE being promoted together. That would be the facepalm of the year.

Wow, prolly a good thing my bank wire won't go through... I might miss all of Omaha week at this rate! That is like guaranteed busto for me.

Sect has withdrawn, is there anyone else representing LHE?

I never mentioned anything in the LHE threads that I was a nominee as I never wanted people to view me as someone who panders for votes. I certainly do care about the LHE community and I'd like to thank those of you that took the time and voted for me. I stepped aside as it's clear that short of asking friends to vote for me (which I've never done) I have no chance to win and I would like to give the people that voted for me a chance to vote for a candidate that has a chance to win and that you feel will be willing to bring up the issues that concern you.

All the best,
Dan

so, you wanted to represent and support the LHE community, but asking the LHE community if they'd support you supporting is something you'd never do? man you deserve to lose
03-28-2013 , 03:58 AM
lol, that was pretty weak tbh.
03-28-2013 , 05:08 AM
I also don't believe in campaigning for anything. But I dream that if I troll internet forums hard enough, people will realize how awesome I am and elect me president of the world. Never give up hope!

This,
We need LHE reps there, and posting about the vote here it's not pandering for votes, it's letting people know they have a shot at being represented. Shyness does not help the cause. Now we basically all got ****ed because you made a bad call without asking anyone.
03-28-2013 , 05:41 PM
I'm sorry if you guys feel let down.

I said very clearly in my CV that I don't pander for votes and that I wouldn't even ask friends to vote for me. My hope is that people would realise that I am well aware of the issues facing players in todays Poker climate. I never once lied or tried to misrepresent myself in anyway. In a previous IOM thread I stated that I have a suggestion that would help 99.99% of all cash game players. That too was the truth and offered the community something that no other rep could claim or back up. Did anyone even bother to ask me about that claim? NO, so a big portion of the blame falls on the community for not properly vetting the candidates.

Christ. Grow up.
