why not just wait until the new year and get SN in 2 months? If you do it now, you get a milestone bonus worth only $200. You also will only get SN for 3 months without maintaining it.

If you do teh grinding in january and feb, when you get SN you will get it for > 12 months without requiring any upkeep. Also the games will be better, and you can shoot for the higher milestones during the course of the year.

what? if i do it now, fpps + milestone + stellar i get around 6k before profits

im planning on maintaining it next year, but if i want full rakeback the first month i have to get it this year

Sure I mean if it's easy for you to maintain it then go for it. I just thought if your normal VPP accumulation rate is 50k points over the course of 11 months, maintaining SN (7.5k a month and 100k by sept) may be hard.

Sure you will get loads of $$ by grinding out all those FPPs, but you would get the same if you did it in Jan and Feb. The only real difference between doing it now an in Jan is:

- if you do it now, you only get SN for 3 months without upkeep. Do it in Jan and Feb, and you get it for 13 months.

- You play in better games and less pressure to get it down over the new year period.

about 90% of the vpp's earned this year were made this month, i played exclusively ftp this year but am going to multi-site ftp/stars 2011, so its not going to be a problem

i wouldnt get the same if i did january w/o SN (starting at bronze)

0-100k starting at bronze = $5109 (assuming i save up all the fpp's to buy the $4k)
0-100k starting at SN = $6800

but are the games really worse now than they will be in early 2011? i get the logic that theres more grinders going for big milestones, but the influx of christmas donks should alleviate this right?

options -> tournament announcements -> block pop-up and chat announcements

fyi any time you want to get any popup or something like that to go away it's almost always in options settings etc.

sometimes it'll be hidden in an advanced tab

anyone interested in a prop for me playing 200k+ (2/4+) hands for january? most I've ever done was 140k last january, haven't breached 100k since. I will also be on vacation from the 6th-11th (I may play some, but probably not much during that time). 1:1, looking for up to around $2500 of action.

ehh I'll take 1.5:1 (you're $150 to my $100, I think that's how to express it) on a positive winrate, push for negative if 200k is still reached. I think that seems fair but I haven't done any props before.
