i would just give up and check. Your hand looks like what it is. Missed draw or over cards. The flop hits alot of MP and BB calling range.

stats reads? You have double gutter and an overcard on turn and they can't fold if you don't bet. Bet turn.

Betting the river seems like burning money, but I think a turnbet seems viable, if your opponents are loose floppeelers

Well with no other info than the action I regard MP as passive since he limped preflop. BB should have raised flop if he is aggressive and have a pair. The risk of getting checkraised on turn seems pretty small and if it happens it's no disaster since we have a strong draw. There is some chance we pick up the pot with a turnbet and I think it's worth a try.
