I peel the flop and with the gutshot and 2 overcards you might have up to 10 outs so I call the turn too, against a tricky-aggro villain who likes to bluffraise the flop in blindbattles I may even checkraise. If I don't improve I might c/f the river though but I may call with a read occasionaly

This is obviously fine. The river card sucks a bit in that it counterfeits your K-kicker, but he probably 3-bets most of his pps pf and the board doesn't look likely to hit much of his range. Also, if he's a real LAG you know full well that this flop raise could be all sorts of things, much of which you're ahead of. No folding. Just let him barrel off.

I think this hand is too strong to fold vs a bad LAG. people like to do lots of weird things on paired boards, villain can most likely turn up with all sorts of weaker hands here (missed straight draws, overcards, Ax)
