1. Ballooning the defense budget and military industrial complex.

I think there is a case for deregulation (or a pro-business mindset in general)-- I think it's gone way beyond what could be considered good for society, however.

If "racial pride" was needed to harness and secure that ambition, well ok.

They do a good job of keeping taxes at a reasonable level. I mean I know there probably isn't one person in the US who thinks the tax system is perfect - but if liberals had their way with no pushback from conservatives, we'd be paying like 80% in federal income tax to fund free watermelon and collard greens programs.

Just think how mad political correctness would be if they weren't around though.
