Re: President Trump

Lol, Trump putting the HAMMER DOWN on mfers.

Remember this?

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world...=.d3aeb421e4d1

Trump offered mixed messages about the NATO defense alliance, which is dominated by the United States, calling it “obsolete” and saying it is “very unfair to the United States” that most nations are not meeting their voluntary defense spending commitments.

“What we are looking for is a partnership based on common interests with the United States,” E.U. foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini told reporters. “We always like to be in good company, but we determine our policies by ourselves.”

And this?

http://www.france24.com/en/20170116-...fugees-germany

Germany's foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Europe was stunned by Trump's remarks on NATO, just days ahead of the billionaire businessman's inauguration as president.

The interview had caused “astonishment and agitation," Steinmeier said as he went from a meeting with NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg to talks with EU counterparts.

In Paris, President François Hollande said the EU had “no need for advice from outside”.

Yeah, well, that just turned into this :

http://www.dw.com/en/chancellor-ange...ion/a-37716593

Chancellor Angela Merkel told her home northeastern constituents on Saturday that Germany was obligated to lift its defense spending from its current 1.2 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) to the 2 percent agreed by NATO members at its summit in 2014.

Lol. That took long, eh?

I love it. Go ahead, DJT!

Any people who voted for trump and are still defending him at the end of february 2017 are 100% irrational. The rest might be irrational, might ignorant, might be lazy, might be dumb. They are certainly some combination of those though.

So there are the choices for what trump voters are.

Who has a reasonable sense of reality which includes a month with 3 fake events declared non-fictionally on the records from within the same closed-group of authoritatively-positioned people?

Congrats, you got Germany to spend as much on defense you'll spend on Melania living in her golden tower for 4 years and trump visiting Mar a largo. (It actually is pretty much the exact same cost per year, no joke!)

I just kinda liked Trump bringing Germany to heel in that long and bitter battle that lasted 31 days.

It's coming. And you know it.

Fellas! Your obvious jealousy of President Trump and his family is not a good look. I realize you feel backed in a corner because you lost the election, but come on! There have been a few gaffes in the beginning, but overall Trump is implementing policies that will finally get this country back on top again. You're just not used to a President following through with his campagne promises.

Oh, Did you know slavery used to be even more illegal than it is now?

Why do people need a paper trail? Is just being born grounds for suspicion of identity in the scenario?
People who don't have a paper trail(illegals) can come into this country and committ all sorts of crimes and easily get away with it. Identity theft is a big one. You may think it's an innocent crime if someone uses a social security number to get a job. Unfortunately, they don't file taxes. They also often take out loans or get health insurance using this number. Do you realize the damage caused to the person whos identity has been stolen? You show compassion for the illegals because that's what MSM tells you to do. What about compassion for the victims of these crimes?

Regarding your criminality argument. Being a human being is not illegal. A human being sneaking into this country is illegal. Until this law changes, there is no argument.

Your slavery comment sounds like nonsense.

I think blaming the attack on Benghazi on an offensive video was probably the worst fake event ever!

You ever here of a back door Trojan horse? Lets say you let in all of these refugees. Many of these folks practice Islam. Islam is a religion which has been hijacked in the name of terror. It's true that most muslims do not practice the teachings of the Koran in the literal sense. However, isn't it possible that several years down the road many of these folks may get disenfranchized with living in America and perhaps start to sympathize with groups like ISIS. Throw in the rampant use of social media to recruit terrorists and isn't it possible we could have a problem here? Did you know that once the refugees get settled here they are not kept track of?

Why shouid we take this risk when we could use our rescources to help in other ways?

I'm not really understanding why any of these anti-immigrant types like mondigimon don't just say what they really mean. This last post is pretty straight and to the point. Thank you, mondigimon, for speaking plainly and not hiding your fears behind the guise of nationalism.

No. And to be frank with you, that doesn't make a lick of sense. Like, the whole point of the Trojan Horse is that it lets doodz come in through the front gate.

Do you know these misplaced fears followed pretty much every single group who has immigrated to the US. It's cute that racists in the US in 2017 think they are the first to irrationally fear immigrants but it's happened for pretty much every RACE, RELIGION and COUNTRY there is. Same fears, same dumb rhetoric. It's like people don't even understand how the US works or what it is. Italians, Germans, Chinese, Catholics, Irish, Eastern Europeans and on and on.

I realize these generalized fear of immigrants is steeped in self loathing and inadequacy but it seems to me if people spent just a little effort studying history they would realize they are being the same sort of ignorant and foolish as previous generations.

To sum it up, if your entire position on immigration can easily be turned into a mad lib you are not on very solid ground.

Whatever background anyone who is quaking at the thought of Islamic immigrants had there were people who were just as afraid of their ancestors. This there is no questioning.

Downright scary? The 5-10% range includes many western European countries

I prefer to listen to what the experts say. The terrorists thrive on the ignorance and compassion of people like you. I've never heard folks from the countries you mentioned above state that they want to kill Americans. What's wrong with erring on the side of vigilance?
