As I understand it, it was initially a legal gathering, but was declared an unlawful assembly.

Neo-Nazis have the same first amendment rights to free speech and assembly that everyone else does. Just because Neo-Nazis have a legal right to hold a rally, doesn't mean they should. Do you know why? Because they're ****ing Neo-Nazis and they're disgusting pieces of ****.

Who knows? Maybe it is time to rethink the first Amendment. Maybe it would be for the best if groups like neo nazis and nambla weren't allowed to express themselves. The trick (and danger) is in determining who gets to decide who is allowed to speak and who isn't.
