A government rejected by the people in the monuments. Any symbolical meaning of confederate monuments fails when it's partial. Frame it as a symbol to merely 'protest government' divorced from slavery and regular folks driven to violence is a half-tale like a blue skink which escaped from the dog's paw.

Because if there's one things Democrats do, it's talk up how awesome America is...

Since you obviously missed Trump's point, it's "We can do even better." I know Leftists self-loathing causes them to act like beaten dogs, but that message simply doesn't resonate.

It's so bad, Democrats are even know trying to follow on his coat tails.

"A better deal, Papa Johns" probably isn't going to work though. Scott Adams has a few suggestions though:

Also bump for the Texas special session

Quote:
During the regular session, several Republican lawmakers pushed measures that would restrict which bathrooms transgender Texans could use — stirring controversy among advocates, the business community and lawmakers.

The most prominent proposal, Senate Bill 6 by state Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, R-Brenham, would have regulated bathroom use in government buildings

Democrats - currently getting their ass kicked by Kid Rock. Party has yet to understand the word "introspection". Details at 11.

Nicole seems to make some good points here. You should watch a woman's take on this issue - might learn something.

Also, seems like the public has spoken on this issue:

Quote:
After the city council approved HERO in 2014, opponents successfully put the issue on the ballot. On Nov. 3, 2015, Houston voters rejected HERO by over 20 points, giving Patrick momentum to pursue the issue on the statewide level.
But **** the voters, eh Mr. Authoritarian?

It's not just focusing on the bad, it's talking up the good. Why do you Leftists only look at one variable? Where do I get my Democrat Myopic Glasses(TM)? Perhaps then I can look like Chuck Schumer.

Yeah i changed my post so you could not go there. But since you did ill try to clear up your thinking.

Dems do focus on the bad to fix it for the better. You may disagree with their solutions like taking down a monument or giving healthcare to more of the population. But baked within pointing out the bad is pointing out the good you would do to fix it.

You allow that for one side to do that but not the other. See they both focus on the bad (trump far more so) and say they have good to fix the bad. You can see that form one side but not the other because the koolaid has fried your brain.

Do I need to compare how many times Trumps says "You or the American People" and how often Obama says "I, or me"? Give me a ****ing break.

But why - they seem to have your interests at heart. Are you saying Hillary was more like Romney/McCain than Trump? I mean, I know the New-Right hates the establishment, but even they'd take Romney/McCain over Hillary.

Let me ask you - Sotomayor/Kagan or Gorsuch?

Im saying trump is that bad. So bad i will be voting for a party i have voted against since i was voting. Well ive voted against both parties presidents. But yeah..

Are you suggesting a third option? I'm sure Gorsuch would have been on any Republican's list.

I mean as soon as you start answering my questions in a straight up way you will get the same courtesy. But alright whatever. Id rather have the dems appointing the supreme court justices over reps. So Sotomayor/Kagan.

Additionally from the article

Quote:
The most prominent proposal, Senate Bill 6 by state Sen. Lois Kolkhorst, R-Brenham, would have regulated bathroom use in government buildings and overridden ordinances in cities like Austin and San Antonio that allow people to use public bathrooms based on their gender identity.
seems that the state bill is going against the voters of Austin and San Antonio as well.

Remember what you posted yesterday though?

1) Should women have the right to "penis free" bathrooms? (Don't get me wrong, I'm not opposed to gender neutral bathrooms, but let's not mince words here).
This bill opens up women's bathrooms to penises. You should be against it! But since you can only be reactionary without even thinking things through you had to attack me without even thinking your own positions through. At some point it's become so easy that Fly and everyone else can easily dunk on you because you're a dog chasing its own tail, but that tail is just hating libs.
