It sounds like you're defining "man" then purely in terms of the presence or absence of male genitalia. But there are biological differences between men and women beyond the presence or absence of specific genitalia. And, of course, "being a man" in cultural terms involves a lot more than biology. Your definition isn't really sufficient.
However, the real question in my opinion is about how society should react to transgender people. Your attitude appears to be that society should just tell them to suck it up and act according to their genitalia. Your attitude appears to be that they are basically just faking it, so to speak. But if "being trans" is caused in some large part by biological differences, then this makes about as much sense to me as telling gay people to just suck it up and act straight.
