Do you think it's safe to murder right now just because Trump is elected, or should I like wait until Trump actually signs an executive order? That first mover advantage can be important, particularly with all the competition I'm sure is bound to enter the market.

If your method of "murdering" people (though that word is a bit extreme and I don't know why you brought it into the current discussion) is to build an industrial plant emitting toxic but legally permissible levels of carcinogens near your targets, then yes, I think this is a pretty safe time for you.

I'm not sure what that has to do with you being overjoyed that the Trump admin is canceling ideas to reduce permissible levels of carcinogens? I never claimed it was new, it's an example of the kind of thing that should be curtailed by regulations (and might have been, until Trump).
