this is not moving goal post as all, Trump is not Nixon. But special councils do one thing, dig and dig and dig, and pretty much everyone did something worthy of controversy when you dig that deep. Mueller hasn't found anything on Russia so hes stepping out of bounds to investigate Trump, it would be dumb to rule out that he won't find anything on Trump, but Trump will not get impeached easily for anything he finds out thats not related to his mandate.

I think the fact that JiggyMac and BitchiBee have descended into such incoherence is basically just another demonstration of how utterly indefensible Trump is at this point. Like, I don't think they are actually quite this stupid. I've seen them engage in at least semi-logical ways on issues that aren't directly Trump related.

I sort of understand; they are emotionally invested in defending Trump at this point but there is just nothing intelligent to say. I've briefly entertained the idea in the past of creating a pro-Trump alt account purely for the challenge, and part of the reason I never followed through on this is there is basically just nothing to say. There exists no coherent defense.

It finally dawned on me why people say "Well, Hillary isn't President".

It's because she is so utterly corrupt and indefensible, nobody could possibly be proud voting for her.

When Obama won and made terrible decisions, Conservatives could say "Our guy would have done it better." "Why this policy or that policy - McCain/Romney wouldn't have been so stupid."

There is not a single policy that Hillary would change that would be better than what Trump is doing. And if we go by the continuation of Obama's policies, it would be much, much worse. Not to mention you would have someone in the White House who actually DID rig an election.

Their only defense of their contemptible decision is to tear their opponent down. They have no good ideas on their own, the only major thing the Left has done in the last 8 years is going belly up, and they didn't even TRY to make headway on foreign policy.
