Only 45% of Republicans believe Don Jr. met with Russians about getting damaging information on Hillary Clinton

you know, the meeting Don Jr. posted his own emails about

amazing

And considering there was no information harmful to Hillary released in that meeting, you can understand why most people SHOULD say no. The question is terribly worded. Anyone can make any poll say anything. What a crock.
07-18-2017 , 05:23 PM
LOL so mad. The meeting was about information that might be harmful to Hillary Clinton! That's exactly what Don Jr.'s own emails he posted on Twitter said!!
07-18-2017 , 05:26 PM
So f**kface over here had the 100k+ English words at his disposal to form infinitely many different replies and he chose this as his rebuttal:

It's not terribly worded. It asks people what they think his intent was.

If there's a flaw in the question that allowed dishonest republicans to deny culpability it has nothing to do with whether the info was received - it's that the question suggests that the meeting was solely for the intent of getting harmful info, as opposed to one of a few reasons.

It doesn't say intent. To be fair, very few people pay attention to politics to begin with.

If the question were honest it would just say "Do you believe Don Jr. went to a meeting with Russians?" Of course then you could say that about anyone. Did Claire McCaskill go to a meeting with Russians? Of course I bet more would get the second question wrong, especially after she LIED about it: http://www.cnn.com/2017/06/26/politi...dor/index.html.

When Jesus runs on the ballot, trust us, we'll vote for him.

(It's like we know you know the Russian thing isn't real, Leftists just don't like Trump in office.)

Not sure Jesus would want support from supporters of the money changers and their gold plated homes.

You mean Goldman Sachs? How much did they pay Hillary for those speeches?
07-18-2017 , 05:42 PM
So...

When I made a post marveling and expressing amazement at you people actually talking about trump in this trump thread, when you usually avoid it all costs in favor of anything else (but whatabout emailghazigate?!?)...

You figured that was the exact perfect time for you to remind me that trump is president?

That's really what you're going with here?
07-18-2017 , 05:44 PM
FFS I'll pay you actual moneydollars to make one not-perfectly-stupid post.

Some recognize this, many don't.

We could look at polls and see what percent believe what, but this has nothing to do with the post you responded to. Congratulations on completely missing the point.

So Trump had a second meeting with Putin at G20, lasting about 60 minutes. Didn't bring a US interpreter; just had Putin's (in breach of US security protocol).

so much winning we could build a wall with winning

We're living in a world where anyone who knows anything about the situation knows that doju admitted intent. He just argues that the russians came without any useful info.

Some percent of people polled weren't aware of what happened (but chose to answer anyways), but of the registered republicans who gave a yes/no answer who had an even minimal amount of knowledge about what's been going on - they're answering wrt what they think the content of the meeting was.
