In the points where there is violence throughout this video, it is usually very difficult to even determine who is who and who is doing what. I did see a very clear instance of a KKK/rebel flag type committing attempted murder or manslaughter on someone with a deadly weapon. Would you like me to make a gif of it for you?

Well I think a state of emergency was called at some point, but I'm not sure if it was an unlawful assembly or not and I don't know the timelines.
