I don't really know the current state of sex transformation surgery, but surely it will keep advancing, and at some point will reach a stage where a person basically can switch genders. It might already be there, as I said I don't know.

Really? The top one looks like a reasonably attractive woman imo, and the bottom one is a bit strange looking but I wouldn't say she looks like a man. If I saw those pics out of context I would definitely have assumed they were both women.

I don't think that quote denies the existence of transgender people. To be clear, I think at least one poster in the thread did try to deny their existence (which, what?) but definitely not all people who say "a transgender woman is not really a woman" are denying the existence of transgender people.
