The posters that are posting things such as "Transgender women are not women, they are men" are doing so from a position of intolerance, of bigotry, and to say something like this is to deny the existence of transgender people, much like how the president of Chechnya publicly denies the existence of gay people in his country. This is the country where concentration camps have been set up for gay people.

There needs to be some action taken by the moderators on these posts, because the rules very clearly state that bigotry against minorities are not permitted, and several posters are openly posting bigotry against the most marginalized minority group in society.

It's not done from a position of intolerance. I've said over and over again that I do not deny their humanity and I wish them the best in finding peace and happiness. I simply will not deny reality and call something it is not.

I'll give you my general idea on what the rules, and atmosphere of the forum should be. I have taken many classes in Community Colleges and Public Universities, several of them being Political Science classes, and a Philosophy class. In these classes, open debate about the various relevant issues was held among the students. Things that were not present in these debates are things like calling people cucks or other names, cussing people out, expressing racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic ideas, and for good reason. The debates were both intellectually stimulating, challenging, and also welcoming, and they did not devolve into a **** throwing contest where absolutely nothing could be learned. This is generally the atmosphere I think a political forum should have, and I don't think bigotry should be allowed in this forum, just like I don't think it should be allowed in classrooms in Universities. If you want to espouse bigotry, take that garbage to 4chan or The_Donald.

A human born with a penis is a man. He has a man's body and has a man's reproductive system. Even if he had surgery he could not have a baby, or change his entire biology so that it would be impossible to tell if he was born a man.

For us to not be able to come to some sort of agreement on something this trivially easy is a serious problem in our society. If this doesn't alarm people into wondering what they are teaching in our universities, I don't think anything will.
