Yeah, I think I'm against this. Sessions is being a overzealous here. I don't like it being sold as funding mechanism for law enforcement. I do approve of forfeited assets going to victim compensation - after due process.

I think this and Sessions Marijuana stance may have Trump looking for a new AG sooner rather than later. Although Sessions was awfully loyal to Trump during the campaign. We'll see.

That's you projecting your priorities onto Trump. You know he doesn't give a **** about any of those things, right?

Like, going back to February when he met with sheriffs groups and they talked about this, he had no idea what civil forfeiture was and upon learning about it from the totally unbiased sources present, immediately assumed that anyone opposing it must hate America and freedom. Ok, we'll see if your prediction about Twitter leading him to fire Jeff Sessions comes to pass (my guess is that without Sessions landing in any legal trouble himself, never happening)

Man - if there's one thing Trump is good at, it's firing people. C'mon man, he's already got the catch phrase and everything.

Either Sessions knocks it off or he gets fired. We'll see.

Although - I wonder if the marijuana thing is person to Sessions? Maybe he knows someone or has seen some devastation it has caused. I don't know. I know the opiod epidemic is a massive problem and I do hope Sessions can do some good here. We'll see.

Sessions didn't have to recuse himself either. Perhaps Sessions should be fired simply for incompetence. And no, he didn't LIE about meeting with Russians. Unless you think McCaskill should be impeached from the Senate and Hillary should be tried for colluding with foreign powers, which she admitted to in the debates (link on previous pages).
