As Texas considers its own bathroom bill, a San Antonio LGBT activist asks: If Governor Abbott can't tell I'm transgender, how will the potty police??

Or, more relevant to this thread: how will wil know to attack people walking into the bathroom?!?

Yeah, I think I'm against this. Sessions is being a overzealous here. I don't like it being sold as funding mechanism for law enforcement. I do approve of forfeited assets going to victim compensation - after due process.

I think this and Sessions Marijuana stance may have Trump looking for a new AG sooner rather than later. Although Sessions was awfully loyal to Trump during the campaign. We'll see.

That's the point - nobody could tell before and it wasn't a big deal.

Do women have the right not to be subjected to this though:

The only thing Sessions has done to irk Trump is (supposedly) recuse himself from the Russia investigation. His racism should be plenty to save him tho.

That's you projecting your priorities onto Trump. You know he doesn't give a **** about any of those things, right?

Like, going back to February when he met with sheriffs groups and they talked about this, he had no idea what civil forfeiture was and upon learning about it from the totally unbiased sources present, immediately assumed that anyone opposing it must hate America and freedom. Here's a post from that time:

So what’s striking here is the manner in which, over the course of an exchange that lasts perhaps a couple minutes, Trump progresses from learning of the existence of a new (to him) concept, to misunderstanding completely what it is and why it’s controversial, to developing a strong opinion about it painted in a childlike understanding of the world and of morality (“Who would want that pressure, other than, like, bad people, right?”), to expressing outrage that anyone could have an opinion about it that diverges from his own.
Read that article, it's terrifying.

Ah Goofy, you'll never get it.

I only care what Trump does. Remember when Trump said "Women should go to jail for having abortions." And everyone told him that's a stupid idea and he backed off on it 24 hours later.

Yeah - I'm willing to let Rand Paul and Twitter and everyone else tell him that these aren't good ideas. I trust in this brave new world we're living in. So far, the risks have been worth the rewards.

I know he's pro-cop and considering how anti-Cop Obama has been, I'm not surprised Trump started with the extreme position. Pacing and leading - you should read about it.

Ok, we'll see if your prediction about Twitter leading him to fire Jeff Sessions comes to pass (my guess is that without Sessions landing in any legal trouble himself, never happening)

You are good at conflation I see.

You can have your abortions, I just don't want to pay for it. And yes, Medicare dollars are fungible - don't even get me started.

Man - if there's one thing Trump is good at, it's firing people. C'mon man, he's already got the catch phrase and everything.

Either Sessions knocks it off or he gets fired. We'll see.

Although - I wonder if the marijuana thing is person to Sessions? Maybe he knows someone or has seen some devastation it has caused. I don't know. I know the opiod epidemic is a massive problem and I do hope Sessions can do some good here. We'll see.

And the first Twitter salvo from the New Right source. Don't say I didn't call it.

Personal, LOL. He goes for things like drugs and asset forfeiture because he knows it affects minorities more, and he wants to fill commercial prisons with them.

LOL maybe I'm wrong, this is incredible:

Trump: I would not have appointed Jeff Sessions if I knew he would recuse himself on Russia stuff

Quote:
President Trump said on Wednesday that he never would have appointed Attorney General Jeff Sessions had he known Mr. Sessions would recuse himself from overseeing the Russia investigation that has dogged his presidency, calling the decision “very unfair to the president.”

In a remarkable public break with one of his earliest political supporters, Mr. Trump complained that Mr. Sessions’s decision ultimately led to the appointment of a special counsel that should not have happened. “Sessions should have never recused himself and if he was going to recuse himself he should have told me before he took the job and I would have picked somebody else,” Mr. Trump said.
HAHAHAHAHHAHA oh wow

Looks like Manafort and Kushner are set to testify to the Senate next week:

Will they meet with lawmakers before Susan Rice? My bet is on the more transparent ones.

LOL. Yeah, the trusty old racism card.

Yawn.

Sessions didn't have to recuse himself either. Perhaps Sessions should be fired simply for incompetence. And no, he didn't LIE about meeting with Russians. Unless you think McCaskill should be impeached from the Senate and Hillary should be tried for colluding with foreign powers, which she admitted to in the debates (link on previous pages).

Y'all are way to obvious about racism trolling. Sneaking denial back onto the menu is gonna take more work than refraining from saying stuff that looks racist. When you school around mentions of racism and deny it with hyperbolic gusto, we see that. Is that 'liberal tear' ploy, so if someone shows emotion about racism you have trolled- you can lol and post that picture of a cup?

Yeah, the problem is that they overplay it all the time. To the point where it virtually becomes meaningless.

Dumbasses.
