That's not how it works. That's like saying the facts so far indicate there was no music playing in the room, and no one burped, farted, or scratched their ass. We don't know all the facts. Lack of particular facts does not mean a particular thing did or did not happen.

That said, we already know it was, at the least, a very unethical and un-American thing to do.

Sushy is right this isn't treason but it can be interpreted that Jr broke a federal law. That argument can and quite possibly is going to be made. You can choose to disagree with it but to not acknowledge its obvious existence is why few respect any opinion you bring to the table.
