Apostasy (/əˈpɒstəsi/; Greek: ἀποστασία apostasia, "a defection or revolt") is the formal disaffiliation from, or abandonment or renunciation of a religion by a person.

Examples of punishment by death for apostates can be seen under the Sharia Law found in certain Islamic countries.

Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet, but not the literal Son of God (as in the Trinity). To renounce your Muslimhood in favor of Christianity would be Apostasy, which would carry the death penalty in Saudi Arabia.
wow any president pretending to stand up for christians better not do a sword dance there then sell them 110 billion dollars of weapons

You mean continuing Obama's legacy. I agree. Hope it gets cleaned up soon.

Id say the Christians (not many thankfully) who want to bring back OT biblical Law and throw gays of buildings and kill adulteress and a bunch of other fun stuff on their way to making America a theocracy are on that level. Though there are more extremist Christians in the US then extremist Muslims so their level is a higher one really.

Luckily the thing you forget, because you dont value American values, is we unlike SA have the first amendment. Which means the above Christians and the Muslims lady can both speak out for their Sharia laws.

In before honesty is not required by law derp derp

Reagan was an actor and a Governor, Bush Sr. was a politician for a LOOONG time.

Think Buffett or Bezos if you like.
jimmy carter sold his family peanut farm when he became president and divested his assets to ENSURE there were no conflicts of interest. every modern president has divested their assets and placed them in a blind trust for the explicit purpose of avoiding conflicts of interest.

trump has no qualms about his conflicts of interest because he cares about making money a lot more than he cares about the social backlash he'd get from unethically making a ****load of money off of the presidency. example: trump university was a systematic fraud with trump's name and face on it and he only stopped because he was so obviously breaking the law that a court had to step in.

Are you ****ing insane?? Can you show me one group of Christians who want to throw gays off of buildings? Not even the Westboro Baptist church advocates for this.

What was in it for him? If he turns over his taxes and he loses, then he exposes himself for nothing. If he doesn't turn over his taxes and wins, then it never really mattered. Two ways to win, no way to lose. As the electorate made clear - it's something someone thinks matters until you realize it doesn't.

Now, tell me when you stand on transparency in regards to the Clinton Foundation?

Jimmy Carter is not the standard of a smart or effective President. Good reason to do the opposite of whatever he did.

Yeah. Obama's policy there sucked. Trump's is worse. He's not clearing it up. If he were clearing it up he'd cancel the arms sale and leave. That's first choice. The second choice would be to take the less bad side in the conflict instead of Saudi Arabia/Al Queda's side. Third best choice would be same as Obama's. Fourth choice and the worst is to step it up and add direct involvement on the ground by US forces. That's Trump's choice.

can you imagine if hillary won, hillary is president and republicans are shouting we need to investigate ______, and hillary's supporters said, "oh yeah? well what about donald trump's _____?"

you'd say "get the **** out of here with that weak bull****, i'm talking about the president of the united states!"

Stop playing teamball. (Did I Leftie correctly here?)

Either hold the candidates to account or don't. The electorate certainly did.

Trumpkins flat out do not care what Trump does. He could steal a hundred billion dollars from the government, trade sanctions relief for a percentage of Rosneft, accept trademarks in China in exchange for giving Taiwan the cold shoulder....anything. It's a cult. It's fascism.

Republicans are hooked on Hillary and Obama big time. The can't seem to stop themselves from running on and on about either. Like gossips who only care about their gossip.

I think Saudi Arabia is the less bad side here. Also, I think you can negotiate with Saudi Arabia, unlike Yemen. Remember - all of the Middle East pointed to Yemen as the problem, not just Saudi Arabia.

Anything in the Middle East is better choice than what we've done the last 8 years.

The question was about how he said he would and then he didn't. Another question is what's in it for the American people? Should we concern ourselves about that rather than what is or isn't in it for him?

GOP Congressman cites Bible verses calling gays ‘worthy of death’

Quote:
Then he fueled up hellfire a notch with Romans 1:18-32, which elucidates a long list of “reprobate” acts including men who “burn with lust for one another.” Such people and those who support them are “worthy of death,” the verse says.
Like i said there are not a lot but they are out there.

Not that it matters. She has the right to say everything she has said so far unless you got more? She hasn't come close to some of the extreme right who call for the mass killings and deportations of non whites.

Freedom of speech right? No? Yeah and its those left wing college commies who are the threat....
