I don't have a strong opinion on her though, would probably prefer someone else.

What do you think about the GOP ramming through the healthcare vote tomorrow, and intentionally doing so before anyone knows what the **** is in it?
Oh please please please nominate liz Warren or maybe a 90 year old Bernie or Donna Brazil yeah yeah or Debby whatshername shultz. Susan Rice will need a job.......oh! It's good not to be a liberal...ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!

Tit for tat. Now it's our turn. Time to erase Obama from history.

Notice how the NY Times wants to make it look like no one wants to play with Trump.

We need to start calling these people out. Spammers beware.
You all notice Goofy didnt have a response to this? Well, he did add more spams lol. I think it's time we clean up this forum.

Legal residents of the US were barred from re-entry.

Shall we talk about all the hiccups of Obama Care when it was rolled out?

Non-Americans benefit Americans.

I asked for a few examples of how conservatives were hurting black or brown people. The only example you all could come up with is one that hurts a tiny tiny percent of the population? What are we talking 10 people? 50?

After seeing how poorly the liberals of this thread defended the first part of this statement I think we should go back and look at the second part as well. GOATrumps tax plan is said to double the standard deduction. When is the last time there was a tax plan that helped the poorest of Americans more than this one?

You understand, I'm sure, that "policies that hurt brown people" are necessarily only going to hurt a minority of Americans.
05-04-2017 , 10:50 AM
Yeah, I get that. I was pointing out that the best example anyone has come up with here is an example that hurts a very small amount of people - a minority of the minority if you will.

Like, order of magnitude, how dead brown people would it take for you to give a ****?
05-04-2017 , 11:07 AM
Trolly, ask the brown people in Chicago that question. Apparently 1000 isn't enough.

Uhh you lied about the NYT's article and you had no response to Trump's utter failure to negotiate wall funding or to the fact that he has no idea what's in the health bill. What's there for me to respond to when you've done such a brilliant job of showing the weakness of your argument on your own?

How many people were killed in America under Obama's 8 years that would have been stopped by the travel ban? Go through attacks committed by foreign noncitizens and count them, please.

How many dead brown people would it take for me to care about what? I am going to assume you are talking about people dying in car wrecks.

There are hundreds of brown people killed in car crashes every year. It isn't that I don't care about them, or the other people killed in car crashes, it is that I don't know what we can do to make that number zero besides making cars illegal - which I don't want to do.

Or is gustafson right that you think we need to do something about the black murders in Chicago?

Interesting article talking about the bias in the media.

"Politico surveyed 63 members of the White House press corps. Of those, only 5% were Republicans, while 16% were Democrats, 37% independents, and 37% weren't registered to vote at all.

Let's admit one thing right off the bat: This year's poll is an improvement on last year's poll of 72 press corps members, in which none — zero, zip, nada — were Republicans. You'd think there would have been at least a token GOP press-member in there, but no."

"Some 45% admitted that the media's coverage is biased against Trump. Just 2% said they are biased in his favor."

The AHCA, which will cause millions of people to lose healthcare (and whose passage was finally secured by allowing states to **** over people with pre-existing conditions, something that "master negotiator" Trump had always promised would be covered), just passed the House, but: it will be a significant challenge to get it through the Senate.

As CNN notes, the 11 states where the highest percentages of the population have pre-existing conditions (as high as 36% in West Virginia!!!) all voted for Trump. I'd laugh if it wasn't so tragic for them.

mongidig, if this bill doesn't make it through, would you view that as a significant failure of Trump's negotiating ability?
05-04-2017 , 03:03 PM

Republicans significantly think that white people face more discrimination than black people

lmao

Here's the problem with that
- Obamacare is more popular than Donald Trump
- the bill that just passed the House is only supported by 17% of Americans
- Obamacare isn't actually going away! How much of Obamacare do you think is actually repealed in this bill?
05-04-2017 , 03:40 PM
Lizzy Warren for 2020. One time. Bring it baby.

Or debbie wassername shulz, Lol
