The shutdown went terribly for Republicans last time, and if Trump's crowning 100 day achievement winds up being that the government shuts down because he's a baby who didn't get his way with the border wall, his unpopularity levels (which are already bad enough) will go through the roof. It's incredible that the White House somehow thinks this is a good strategy.
