lol, no, cite the fake news that Trump is being subjected to almost non-stop 24/7 or stfu with this nonsense claim.

Sushy, you think that birtherism was the only thing fake lodged at Obama? Socialist? Muslim? Death panels? Gtfo.

Heard on the TV that anti-trump protestors were arrested and charged with rioting at pro-trump rallies. This is going to be more and more common. The play at this point is to let trump self-destruct and wait to see what happens with this investigation. not worth the risk to get charged with rioting for just standing there(which without knowing the details, can say with 99% confidence that's the case here).

Well I didn't really actually think it was possible to plumb further depths of the ignorance here. You'd have to tinker with the words 'should' and 'allowed' but the answer to the question below is quite obviously 'yes'. And this isn't some counterculture revolutionary mindset, rather, civil society is built upon the answer to this question being quite obviously 'yes'.

Oh I absolutely would not.

Remember how Obama was a disciple and acolyte of Saul Alinsky during his early days in Chicago, at least if you watched FOX NEWS during the 2008 campaign.

The Real Obama: Saul Alinsky Connection

Critics of President Barack Obama (who also worked as a community organizer in Chicago prior to embarking on his political career) have often linked his name with that of Saul Alinsky, sometimes in ways that suggest the two men knew each other and worked together. However, they never even met: Alinsky died of a heart attack in 1972, when Barack Obama was but a ten-year-old child living in Hawaii. Another prominent Democrat, Hillary Clinton, has also often been linked with Alinsky because she wrote her senior thesis on the topic of “An Analysis of the Alinsky Model” while she was a student at Wellesley College in 1969.

Cite or ban? Oh wait, no, that's how the big-boy forum works.

Ok, cite for fun?

I'll give you the 1st 1:

Hardly a fair comparison.
Prominent Republicans, including Trump, accused Obama of forging his birth certificate. His BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Trump even lied and said he had sent investigators to Hawaii and they had uncovered something serious.

They lied and said Obama ordered a "stand down order" over Benghazi.

They said Obama was a secret Muslim.

They said he "palled around with terrorists."

If you are whining about the heat Trump has taken so far, it's going to be a long, long four years for you.

As a sort of corollary to the so-called FAKE hate crime thing, an Xpost from the big-boy forum:

There was the earlier case of the young black man involved in custody drama who vandalized the car, and nobody really questioned it until he was caught. He didn't say, "Damn I need to pin this on somebody... What should I write, what should I write... 'Greenpeace Was Here Bitches'? Nah, um... 'Don't F--k With The Amish'? No, that's dumb... Wait, I got it, something about trump!" The dude probably didn't have a long list of potential scapegoats.

As with all trumpers and thing trumpian, the joke's on them, even though we're all gonna die.

Put another way, if I punched a kid in the face and spray painted 'wil was here' on the wall, there's a very good reason people would believe it was wil and not me who had done the punching.

I'm not whining about it.

I'm just saying Trump was having a bit of fun throwing out some "fake" tweets just to stir the pot.

You've got to to remember that he's just trolling the media because of their constant attacks on him.

It's like a game and he's a master at it.

The thing about fake news, sure it does hit the left from time to time. It's happened to me before too. We're all susceptible.

But the entire ecosystem of the right is based on fake news. It's fake news all the way down, from Breitbart to Infowars to Fox News to local AM talk radio to Rush Limbaugh. It's all fake all the time and you are what you eat.

Oh yeah and the ultimate pusher of fake news: DONALD TRUMP

That's pretty rich coming from the guy who keeps stating repeatedly that AG Sessions definitely committed perjury, when that has not been proven at all.

What would you call lying under oath to the Senate?

Less fake news and more honesty from the mainstream media. Until that happens the game will just carry on, I guess.

Intentionally lying under oath to the senate would be perjury.

There is quite some doubt as to whether it was intentional though.

Until that is decided one way or the other, it's not perjury.

You think he just forgot that he met with the top Russian spy recruiter during an election year at the Republican convention twice during a time when Russia was being accused of interfering in our election process? Really? Just slipped his mind, right?

I don't know what was or wasn't in his mind. Maybe he misunderstood the intent of the question.

After watching the transcript several times and the context of the questions, I think that is a possible scenario.
03-04-2017 , 10:53 PM
Broadway, he had weeks and weeks to clarify this. The immediate response from the wh was that he did "nothing wrong" and it was because he was on a Senate committee. All the subsequent lies to cover this up do not match up with him forgetting this very conveniently, when he knew and studied the questions for weeks ahead of time.

Sessions has to resign period. He lied to the American people about a matter of national security. His position as Attorney General is untenable.

The joke going around is "The funny thing is that Sessions's answer 'I have not had any communications with the Russians' was an answer to the question 'Hello Mr. Senator, how are you today?'"
