80% of the cases the Ninth sent to SCOTUS were overturned between 1999 and 2008, it's about 0.151% of the cases the Ninth saw during that period. The mean percent of cases SCOTUS overturns is %68 during that time...

BTW....new rule. If you post something negative about President Trump you also have to post something positive. You can also just wait until until somebody posts something positive.

Hopefully we can get away from the same bias that is shared with the media. Hopefully we can start treating each other like human beings.
