Stocks 100

The father of value investing, Benjamin Graham, explained this concept by saying that in the short run, the market is like a voting machine--tallying up which firms are popular and unpopular. But in the long run, the market is like a weighing machine--assessing the substance of a company. The message is clear: What matters in the long run is a company's actual underlying business performance and not the investing public's fickle opinion about its prospects in the short run.
Serious question, would you buy, sell, or hold at this price?

And that person is you.

According to the article you posted, SCOTUS reversed the Ninth Circuit 12 times in 2012.

How many judgements did the 9th Circuit issue in 2012?
02-08-2017 , 11:43 PM
Not only does he get his information from hack sources, he can't even read it.
02-08-2017 , 11:45 PM
80% of the cases the Ninth sent to SCOTUS were overturned between 1999 and 2008, it's about 0.151% of the cases the Ninth saw during that period. The mean percent of cases SCOTUS overturns is %68 during that time...

Thats what I said.

By the way, to all the conservative hacks in this thread: this is how you discredit someone. The hypothetical liberal version of BroadwaySushy would have posted "National Review? Fake news" and moved along. You people are lazy as **** with all your "wahhh I don't want to click a New York Times link" garbage.

This is what you said and it's categorically false.

How about this Modasasdioa, how many cases did the Ninth send to the Supreme Court during that period of time?
02-08-2017 , 11:58 PM
The ninth circuit got a C-

Why are they even allowed to hear this case.

So you people would choose to gamble with American lives so that non Americans won't be inconvenienced for a few day's?

You do realize people don't have a right to come to this country. It's a privelage and only those who will share our values should be allowed in.
02-08-2017 , 11:59 PM
Please answer the question. How many cases did the Ninth send to SCOTUS?

BTW....new rule. If you post something negative about President Trump you also have to post something positive. You can also just wait until until somebody posts something positive.

Hopefully we can get away from the same bias that is shared with the media. Hopefully we can start treating each other like human beings.

Please answer the question instead of making up bull**** rules. if you want to post something positive about Trump go ahead and do so. We're waiting.

Nah.

On Trump's list of "underreported attacks": parents of victims are furious at Trump trying to use their children's deaths to further his agenda

Lest you dismiss their opinion as unimportant, seems like a relevant time to point out that Republicans are the party that put Benghazi Mom on the stage at their convention!

The same article references the collateral damage from obamas failed drone strikes. It would be interesting to see your real time outrage posts in those instances. Your outrage at all the colossal f ups with Bengazi. Is there any balance at all to your outrage and placement of blame? Theres clearly a difference between decisions and execution. You cant blame obama for or trump for failed execution, just their decisions in these cases
02-09-2017 , 01:42 AM
Why are you talking about previous administrations when sushy is blaming soldiers for a poorly planned operation?
