A) you said to stop within minutes of my reply. You could have issued a ban right then. Why didn't you? Did whosnext step in and ban both of us or did you instruct him to?

B) Is saying "you act like women" allowable or not? It being sexist has nothing to do with what I asked.

C) it's funny how you say reported posts have a high result in terms of action yet I've never had a single post addressed when I reported them.

A) Neither of us instructed the other to step in and issue the timeouts. It was something we discussed and agreed before it was done. It's regrettable that that introduces a delay but it's not the first time that has happened and it wont be the last.

B) It's not allow precisely because it is a sexist insult. So no it's not allowable.

C) I'm surprised if that's the case but lets deal with it going forwards - as I say you can always raise it here to ask why no action was taken.

No sexist insults are ok. Modding these all too common insults is mostly about applying some pressure rather than timeouts which only likely for serious or repeated use. Your latest timeout would have been 8 days anyway so you didn't receive any extra sanction.

Also this isn't the thread for you to attack other posters, explain why they deserve it etc etc. It would really help you if you made more effort to keep posts in the appropriate threads - PC aside, there's threads that cater for pretty much everything.

mod edit (whosnext): After discussing it again with chezlaw and mat, we have decided to reaffirm our earlier position that people can question/discuss LG's timeout from the Pv7.0 forum here, but questions/discussion about LG's ban from 2+2 should be taken to ATF. And we will not be undeleting the relevant posts by LG and Mat that preceded the banning. If so desired, they can be copied into the ATF forum thread.
