Here's a thing: I think I might be personally responsible for '******(ed)' not being included in the profanity filter, way back when it was introduced. I wasn't even trying to make a case for it to not be included, I was just sharing my thoughts in the mod forum about how various offensive terms can linguistically function very differently. Chez didn't delete it. Whosnext did because he's a pussy who caves into pressure from morons like Trolly. Chez wouldn't have done what Whosnext did, but Chez now can't back away from it without making Whosnext look bad. If Whosnext had half a brain he would have either consulted Chez first or let Chez handle it.

Meanwhile, no one really wants Whosnext as the mod here (except Chez, who I'm sure is having second thoughts about it), no one knows who he was in the first place and he's shown he's a complete moron.

Both mods aren't on the same page, which is why you get idiotic situations like this where literally every party is unhappy, except maybe Trolly.

Bang up job, Whosnext. You should have stuck to fapping to Zelda characters.

He was in this thread responding to multiple other comments. Wasn't too busy to do that, but still blatantly ignored multiple requests for him to address the issue.

You can go back and check the last few pages of this thread, although I'm sure there's a good chance chez will delete those posts to cover his tracks like usual.

Life has been busy but the actual facts are that whosnext and I have been discussing PC and sexism since Trolly's post reports. That's usually how we handle moderating issues which break new ground for the forum - as was the case this time as Wil correctly points out. Then either of us do the actual modding - on this occasion it was whosnext.

Trolly is completely wrong if he thinks either mod was ignoring his post reports. Wil is wrong if he blames whosnext rather than both of us.

I've got my criticisms too. I'd like to see more sanctions, for one thing. But overall they're doing a bang-up job. Why don't you just address the issues on the merits? If so this forum would be fine.

That specific modding was done by whosnext. The decision to delete sexist posts in line with the PC approach (and in that thread in particular) was discussed following Trolly's post report.

So women are a vulnerable group? There is half the worlds population. Muslims are a protected group? Might as well say all religion groups are vulnerable group and any and all minorities that live in the west.

Also atheists are a vulnerable group as they make up a small percentage of the population. And of course LGQT...whatever are a vulnerable group.
