I did justify it dickwad, and it went totally over your head of course. It's a game of chance. Enlightened countries don't tax people for winning money in lotteries and other gambling activities.

Just because you live in a backwards country, isn't my problem.

Why shouldn't a lottery be taxed? You did nothing but risk a pittance to win a huge amount, that sounds like the best thing to tax. You weren't expecting the windfall so you won't miss it if you are taxed at a higher rate on it.
