You ever been to Santa Barbara? Well I have been there about 10 times I would say (first time staying there was when we went out to the Super Bowl in 93, man that was awesome staying in an awesome hotel villa, and then seeing Leon Lett screw up 15 rows away). It is ocean front property being in montecito he probably has a little elevation. But it ain't gonna matter when the entire oceanfront town of Santa Barbara is underwater...like he predicts!

Wikipedia lists the elevation of Santa Barbara at 50 feet. I've been there several times and the notion that very much of it let alone "the entire town" is in danger of going underwater is utter bull****.

former construction worker. not sure if you heard but after 08' the days of making $20+/hr in the construction biz basically disappeared. I currently make a well above average living developing leads of people who are in the market for a vehicle "a lot of subprime/bad credit type people" and selling those leads to car dealers.

I work for myself, nearly entirely from home outside of an occasional dealership visit. ive built it up to where ive got 7 dealers buying 1k leads a month. its easy money and does not take up much time. I could obviously focus on growing it but im quite content with the amount of money im making now
