Maybe the guy gets upset and comes outside to yell at you, making him look bad so you can declare victory.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised you're incredibly paranoid. People out to do you harm generally don't alert the media beforehand.

It might get you some extra media coverage but that'd be pretty far from victory if you're goal is changing something the company is doing.

But lol at there being such an implied threat from the group that would also illicit the reaction of someone coming out to confront you.

I don't understand the point of going to their home. Can you post a video of people doing this? I assume there's no expectation of the person coming outside and having a meaningful debate.

I think we're all just supposed to sit at home and keep our mouths shut. It's very impolite to take a stand or do something.

The point of the home is it's a symbol of the leadership of a company. It doesn't really do much to be doing an action on a company at some random intersection that has nothing to do with them. They're is no expectation from someone engaging with you, that's why it doesn't matter if someone is home or not. The point is the press conference since that's where you're getting you're message out to an audience.

The vast majority of direct actions on companies aren't looking for some sort of debate with a company rep, not sure if you think there normally is that goal or not.

I'm not sure what you don't get there.

The house stands in for a corporate headquarters. If there's no physical presence of a company what would be an acceptable stand in for an office building?

There isn't one.

Add symbolism to the growing list of things that are immoral and violent to Alex.

No, but I don't really see how such highly reaching symbolism is helpful.
