The only way it's not possible for you to have a record like that is if you frequently entered into bets where you had literally 0% equity. So, congrats, we know conclusively that most bets you've entered have >0% equity.

And, I personal do not think having a law on the books in the early 1900s w/ segregation is somehow "more attackable".
