Many of us will struggle to get that because what someone does and what someone is are convoluted. Posting is an act of meaningful communication and that cannot just be separated from the intentions of the poster which is part of who the poster is.

I think I get that you want to go further and make it about the post separate from the intentions but then it's either not about what the poster does or it's also about what the poster is.

I'm struggling to come up with any description other than 'it's about the post'.

You have ever worked a problem from a different angle? We know from that video a personal attack can cause social pain that is as real as physical pain as determined by neuroscience. Work back from that knowledge.

Most people tend to work from a consequentialist angle where they start with outcomes and work backwards to get rules that favor their preferred outcomes and disadvantaged their least preferred outcomes. So, from my mind, I am working a different angle by starting somewhere that most people wouldn't.
