And this is where we disagree. I don't believe it's their right to use whichever bathroom they wish, when that bathroom is separated by ONE criteria - gender. It isn't separated by skin color or eye color or religious belief. It only has one criteria, and your current mental state does not dictate which criteria you fall under.

If an amusement park has a height requirement of 5'0 a person who is 4'0 does not get to ride on it because they identify as 6'0. You can't change biology with your thoughts.

If you have transgender surgery, sure, knock yourself out. Use that bathroom. But don't tell me a person who looks like a member of ZZ top that has a skirt on and has a penis has the right to enter my daughter's bathroom.

I respect their humanity. I do not respect their beliefs. I respect their right to believe what they wish, I do not agree with them. Many religious people believe gay marriage is wrong. I do not agree with them, either.

Which is what makes this topic even more infuriating. If you are passable as a female or a male, no one will have an issue because they can't tell you aren't what you appear to be! What your position creates is a situation where a man who obviously looks like a man may enter a woman's bathroom. I don't agree with that.

Why do you people use this argument? This is NOT an argument. Improper behavior is not part of this discussion. Many females act inappropriately in a female bathroom. Many males act inappropriately in a male bathroom. None of that matters at all. There is one criteria for using a male or female bathroom only. If you do not meet that criteria then you should not use that bathroom.

The first two have been posted here (the fake hate crimes miiiight have been a different thread, but pretty sure it was this one).
