I think many men behave this way. Men are crude when among themselves, this is not a secret.
So I do not judge president Trump simply because he talks crudely to another man on a bus he thinks is private. I judge Trump based on his actions towards women. I have read that he hired women for management in his business many times. I see his wife and daughters speak fondly of him. Thus I do not think Trump is disrespectful of women. Many American women must agree because Trump won the election.
President Trump has issues and flaws to overcome if he wants to become an effective president. For Americans to concentrate on manufactured flaws shows pettiness.
I think you're referring to Trumps comments where he said, to paraphrase, "when you're rich they (women) let you do anything? You can walk right up to them and grab them by the pussy, they love it." Is that correct?
That's just one of many. During a debate in the Republican primary, Megan Kelly was asking him tough questions and he responded by speculating that she was "bleeding out of her you know what." He later tweeted and called her a bimbo.
Here's a gem:

When a lawyer facing Trump in 2011 asked for a break to pump breastmilk for her infant daughter, The Donald reacted very poorly. "He got up, his face got red, he shook his finger at me and he screamed, 'You're disgusting, you're disgusting,' and he ran out of there," attorney Elizabeth Beck told CNN. Trump's attorney does not dispute that his client called Beck "disgusting."

Here's a classic:
If you want to bring in speculation, I speculate differently, in that I think he is abusive to his wife, and she fears him.
If you want to bring in anecdotes, there are several women who have accused Trump of sexual harassment and even rape.
Regarding Trumps actions toward women, what are your opinions on this?
