Here's some reference material that may be useful.

I just cringed. 16 bmi is unhealthy. Need to get a prescription of steak.

Hulk, are you overweight or obese these days now that your old leathery a** is off the juice?

Your daughter still hot and talentless? Son still busy recklessly f***ing up the lives of others?

Shouldn't age come in somewhere on this chart? I'm sure a 6 foot 45 year old isn't supposed to weigh the same as a 6 foot 23 year old.

Bringing up family is a low-down, dirty move, brother. I would expect the Undertaker to pull that kind of stunt. Just an FYI, the Hulkster's 27-inch pythons have never been in better shape, never more hungry for victory.

That BMI chart is wack, BTW. Why isn't there a category for 6'7" adults who are a fully hulked-up mountain of muscle and rage?

There are known limitations to BMI, and more accurate ways to measure healthy vs. unhealthy weight, but that's not really what you're asking, is it? You want somebody to tell you that it's OK to turn into a fatass when you get older, but it isn't. You're a fatass, fatty. Lose some weight.

I have something important to tell you Hulk. Back in the day you used to tell all the little Hulkamaniacs to say our prayers, drink our milk and take our vitamins. Well brother, that's exactly what I did. Now I find out that taking multivitamins with milk is a mistake, as the milk prevents the digestive system from fully absorbing iron and calcium. You really let all the Hulkamaniacs down brother.

the **** are you on about? he never mentioned milk

Brother, that dim-witted jabroni private must have confused the Hulkster for Mr. T. It's just sad how the Army has gone straight downhill ever since Sgt. Slaughter retired, thanks to punks like this. Every True American knows that folowing the Demandments of Hulkamania requires training hard, praying, taking your vitamins, and drinking plenty of water.

LOL funny, it kinda is what I was thinking. Now I'm a 27 according to the chart. In my mid twenties I think I was about a 22. Good news is I'm still 25 lbs under obese.

is this "good news" like when professor farnsworth says "good news"?

Yes the fatties are still fat FTR. But your active, "300", "braveheart" "Rocky Balboa" "A-Team" "Big Trouble in little China" bad asses will still show up with an overweight BMI.

Terrible system.

Dr. Ikes, quick, ddx the potential causes of adult, white men losing weight! (Added hint: there was chronic pain involved)

Hopefully you don't lol at patients who get seen at the clinics you run.
