Do you discriminate against people with aggressive piercings, neck or face tattoos? Do you discriminate against people with aggressive piercings, neck or face tattoos?

Ha

Thanks!

Well, that's hard to hate. Couple elixers and you'll make it far!

Moderation is the key to me. A discrete tatoo like the spider in a hide-able place ... whatever. Turning into the Birdman ... might be an overlaying personal issue going on. Same with piercings. In the ear, whatever. Stretching the ear? Weird

Can they still serve me a hamburger? Sure. Just wash your hands first (like anyone handling my food)

Also this what I mean by aggressive piercings, not like someone with three earrings in each ear.

Yes yes i do....

This bitch is hot... then she went and got a noes ring! Take it the **** out!

If I saw that spider chick I'd whack her in the neck and ask questions later.

If I saw colorful flower boy, I'd think, he sure is flowery and colorful.

if i think about the best people i have ever known/ encountered in my life, none of them had tattoos. people with tattoos always have this little slice of piece of **** to them.

i appreciate how the mentally unstable mark themselves. makes it a whole lot easier to the rest of us

This seems pretty correct (or at least none with tattoos that were overtly visible/present). In general it seems like poor judgment to put ugly tattoos on your face but thats mostly because I haven't seen much if any 'nice' face tattoos. Arms/legs/chest/whatever go for it, I will only discriminate you if your tattoos are freaking ugly/badly done because your likely to be a stupid/dumb person.

LOLuke with the sick bump, while he was banned he treated the 4L fantasy football league's smack talk function as his personal blog lol. Not sure if he got the ban here or not though maybe it was a joke from Kerowo.

I still feel the same way when I see people with face tats, walked out of a restaurant while traveling a few months ago. The waiter had tattoos on his eye lids, neck and face. I wasn't cool with someone that thought getting his eyelids tattooed handling my food, it was a chain diner and I was surprised the guy was employed there.

I try to discriminate a new group every week. This week's group is transgenders
09-16-2015 , 11:03 AM
As a general rule I would not. But if they have face tattoos or their ear lobes stretched like a 70 year old's ball sack then yeah I would.

Yep. Here's the reason: Those who get aggressive ink/piercings done are willing to accept the likelihood of discrimination for what is arguably an expressive reason at best. Are there good and decent people who do this to themselves; yes of course. But I instantly question one's judgement for doing so.

Just so.

Acceptable tattoos: WWII vets that got drunk in Guam. Holocaust survivors.

Acceptable piercings: Ears for women, some gullible men in the early 80s and gay men advertizing.

This is a good post, and sums up my feelings on the matter.

A dude I went to high school with, he was the type to wear denim jackets with Misfits patches and all that stuff. A few years later, he has a tattoo of stitches across his throat. Nice choice. Anyway, a couple years ago he got in a bar fight, and got his throat slashed right along that tattoo, and died.

I guess that puts his in a new category of suggestive tattoos.

of course i dont discriminate against them...
10-23-2015 , 03:59 AM
Only if they aren't white.

But seriously, No.
10-26-2015 , 10:31 AM
I obviously take note, how can you not? The idea that something blatant wouldn't register as a first impression seems silly. Do I doom them to a negative impression forever? No, but I take note just like I think everyone does.

Discriminate is used trickily here. Do I see/treat someone different based on giant tattoos? Sure.
10-26-2015 , 11:01 AM
Seeing someone as "different" because they have a face tattoo is different than treating someone different. The same thread could be made but using how they dress instead of body mods. Yes I notice the way people dress but for the most part don't treat them differently.

LOL... you just summed up decades of conservative thought in one truth bomb wrapped in a contradiction ... Thanks for being you.

Yeah but I think because you see them differently you will end up treating them differently. Obviously I won't do anything rude but i think I would be less likely to casually gamble with them. Wouldn't expect them to be as knowledgable on certain topics probably. It's just using information available to me and is usually done subconsciously.
