Do you discriminate against people with aggressive piercings, neck or face tattoos? Do you discriminate against people with aggressive piercings, neck or face tattoos?

People who have face tatoos need to get their heads looked at.

Thats all I got to say about that.

Pretty much this. The earlobe stuff, so fugly, I just can't fathom why that appeals to people.

Maybe bad as in a bad choice because people will freak out and try to knock the spider off her neck.

Good drawing though.

Yeah wtf, that spider tat is awesome, really talented artist.

Nice nose rang, maybe you can fit a battleship in there next, ****ing idiot.

No, I think the actual spider itself is somewhat cool. The place where it is kind of makes it creepy. Like, why do you want a spider tattoo on your neck?

I dunno. I like tattoos that can be hidden by clothing if the need arises.

For example, a friend of mine just got married and his wife has a LARGE tattoo of roses and some other stuff on her back. She chose to wear a backless type wedding dress. For some reason, I thought that was a terrible decision and I thought the tattoo looked awful for that moment.

If she was standing naked in the bathroom, I'd have thought it was cool.

Call me crazy.

If her hair is down it will mostly be hidden

Some people actually get provocative tats precisely because it offends old nits. This, in turn, attracts the ladies with daddy problems. Me, I like talking about Lord of the Rings. To each his own.

Don't agree with why but do discriminate in their favor. Tattoos, even "aggressive" ones, are normal now. I think there was a time when they, or mo-hawks and the like, actually meant something like a willingness to tolerate scorn or alienation for principles or membership in a criminal or other fringe group. The current trendiness of tattoos makes them mean the opposite now, like a badge of conformity obtained at some considerable trouble and a commitment. As such, tattoos, in most contexts, are comforting to see. And the tattoo itself gives you some indication of that persons outlook or perspective. It's like the tattoo is saying 'Hi I'm normal in that I express myself in approved ways and here is a window into my beliefs or how I want you to see me'. A tattoo is an acceptable form of standing introduction akin to a name tag.

By the same token I would be less likely to vote for a politician if I somehow knew for a fact they never smoked weed. Who goes through life that uptight and non-inquisitive? I would find that abnormal to have not smoked weed or otherwise experimented with drugs, though there remains a vestigial stigma that people give this weird hypocritical lip service to.

Obviously this isn't some rando with a barbwire tattoo around his bicep. However if I saw him or someone that looks like him on the street I'm not going to have a conversation with him.

Conversation? Whatever I'm doing that puts me in the same area as this guy is getting cancelled, and I'm leaving.
