Intolerants will often hate entire genres of music. Racists hating rap is probably the canonical example. But tons of people don't care for rap, and almost none of them are going to start spouting bile regarding white pride. When it comes to hating individual artists, I've found that almost always relates to the artist's personal boosterism or activism. A good example that doesn't involve intolerance is the vilification of the Dixie Chicks.

The same exact thing holds regarding hate of Obamaman. Personally, if someone is a 'go/no go' level boss, and they personally give the 'go' to war or ecocide or exploiting working folk, I'm going to personally hate them. BTW: one of my hobbies (that everyone seems to be so concerned about) is to, from time to time, go out and dance with the robo-cops at anti-patriarchy, and anti-racist actions.

As for nobody hating Bush II. I'd LOL@U if I didn't know you were negative one years old (in bar years). I hear kids tell me nobody hated Reagan, the moon landings were CGIed, and other silly stuff all the time.

Well i am gonna have to disagree, i don't think that he had bad motives, he thought he was acting in the national interest.

I think Unos point is that most people don't think of GWB as someone who came in with the intent to screw things up. They just view him as stupid.

Russia had some slaves(not black africans) and they had colonialism too. They didn't colonize Africa or the new world like Europe, but they did expand their borders(Eurasia and parts Asia) over several centuries.
