Well it turns out Adam 'The Man' Kokesh did in fact make a statement of sorts here on Veterans Day... at 3am ET, on some conspiritard radio program called Coast to Coast...

So he said nothing, nothing except he's "taking responsibility".

So basically, he was preaching to his upcoming DC sentencing report, and possibly to the VA prosecutors. Don't expect to hear anything substantive out of The Man until he's been convicted in VA also, and safely warehoused away in some prison for several years. And maybe not even then.

But he still LOLtastically characterized his stupid publicity stunt as 'civil disobedience' and hilariously declared a victory for 'liberty' (just like I predicted). He said that the goal of his 'protest', to "challenge the way people think about government," was a success. oh_wow-ha_ha.jpg Denial... it's not just a river in Egypt.

But moving on... let's chat a little more about why The Man is walking around in public right now. As I mentioned, the reason that DC is allowing him some time to get his affairs in order before going off to prison is that he surely has agreed to become a snitch for the Feds.

But why is VA letting him walk around? From all reports on the interwebs, VA hardly every grants bond on drug+gun charges, and certainly not nominal bond ($5k) to an unemployed luser already violating another bond from a different jurisdiction. Now... I haven't found any good linkees, and the #liberty movement is so choked full of idiots, con-men, and conspiritards, you really can't believe an uncorroborated word any one of them says... so take this as only a rumor for now...

Several little birdies on the interwebs are saying that during The Man's initial couple of weeks in the VA jail... that he snitched out six other inmates for having pot, and gained jail privileges (a private cell) and his VA walking privileges.

OK, what the Sheeple have all been waiting for... Adam 'The Man' Kokesh on the UTOOBZ! A scraggly bearded The Man who appears to have lost a few lbs during his time in jail.



What's he chatting about? Well basically he's begging for money. Begging for money, whining about how he's now homeless and all his gear was stolen by the #liberty movement sheeple, and LOLtastically assuring everyone that now that his con-artiest dad is in charge, all that $$$$$ he's begging for going forward is 'safe'.

However mom & dad have finally been evicted from their years-long mansion-squat, and dad still faces his $43M fraud charges. The above is The Man's recent interview on the conspiritardical radio show Coast to Coast. The Kokesh interview is from ~1:00 to ~2:00 hours in. And no, you don't need to "click here to subscribe to the new main channel" to listen to it.

Sure, it's long. But if you can make it to the end, there's plenty of LOLZ oozing out of the audio. Basically, The Man starts out actually sounding surprisingly sober and coherent. But about halfway through he just looses it, and starts dissembling like the bat-poop crazy fool he is. He LOLtastically begins playing Black-Out on the ACer Bingo Card (NAP, self-pwnership, aggression, voluntary, etc, etc)... finally he is just babbling dementedly and is abruptly cut-off by the conspiritard host.

There really hasn't been anything to update regarding The Man lately.


Shortly after getting exiled from DC, he went back to court in VA and received permission to travel. Of course, being homeless and indigent, he needed his parents to sponsor his couch surfing. So off to LA he went to visit mom, and to get in a little last womanz-style sex for the next several years with his liberty girl (above, a #4-7 on the rjoefish scale). He should be back in the VA court 2013-12-16 for a status hearing regarding his VA charges. Then he's off to the Denver area to visit his con artiest dad, and his wife, for the holidays. His sentencing is scheduled for his DC convictions on 2014-1-17.

He suspended his 'official' AdamTheMan-vs-TheGovernment.con begging website when all the liberty sheeple stole all his gear, and hyjacked his domain, while he was in jail. But he's been keeping busy tweeting and facebooking (www.facebook.com/ADAMVSTHEMAN), and while he hasn't made any kinda official 'statement', he has done a few interviews/pod-casts.


And yes... I do check The Man's banal facebook, and listen to those painful -and- atrocious pod-casts, just so you don't have to. If you must listen to them... all I can say is avoid turning on the sound for the Houston based sheeple's pod-cast except when you see The Man's goofy mug on the video. Or... if you prefer reading instead being aurally assaulted, he did do a print interview for his liberty BFF chica, Kirsten Tate (above, a #1-3 on the rjoefish scale) for the disreputable benswann.com.

These few interviews are basically all the same. The first half he pretty much sticks to a script, and seems reasonably sane and sympathetic. The second half, except for the one print interview, he once again shows how he's bat-flip crazy and starts dissembling about the NAP and the rest of that kinda crap... for example, he's still running for POTUS in 2020 !!!1!

What we see and hear now is a changed The Man. He was definitely scared straight during his time in jail. All the crazy-wild-eyed piss and bravado is gone. During the sane parts he genuinely agrees he gratuitously messed up, and is now facing the consequences. Even in the crazy parts, all the fake-militant talk of the silly "The Final Revolution" has evaporated.

He also mentioned what is obvious just looking at him... he had trouble eating in jail, and lost a lotta weight. With his new 'dirty' hippy beard and sunken features... he really does look the part of the homeless indigent dude he now is.

What he says is that he had never spent a night in jail until he was arrested at the Philly pot protest. During that stay in jail he 'officially' canceled his was-never-going-to-happen-anyways armed million moron march into DC. When he did his armed single moron march into prison, he says he didn't even bother thinking it through, doing any research, or making any contingency plans. He expected to be politely booked and released, at most. He never imagined he would have his house searched (which might explain why he was reportedly holding pot, and allegedly holding shrooms), or that he might be held pre-trail.

(What he didn't mention was... he wasn't part of a team, where some have the role of working support on the outside. He didn't have any legal folks pre-arraigned. He had no cash bail money being held by a trusted non-involved non-activist third party. And worse of all... it seems he pulled his stupid publicity stunt in person all by himself, not using the buddy-system. As someone with experience in organizing direct actions, non-permitted marches, and symbolic civil disobedience... this whole thingee was obviously nothing but a stupid publicity stunt gone terribly wrong).

He did say that the only thing that he was really bitter about going to jail was that all the liberty sheeple took advantage of his absence to rip him off. And really there is a whole lotta LOLZ there, which I have glossed over so far. The best was Shield Mutual Inc, which claims to be the world's first DRO. It's really funny that they immediately dropped protecting The Man as a customer as soon as they realized he was indigent... but after the con man owner of Shield Mutual had pocketed several K$$$ he had begged to buy a lawyer for The Man. LOL@DROs !!!1!

And LOL@ Adam The Man Kokesh actually trusting liberty sheeple with anything at all. He grew up in a family grifters. He was mentored by the Ayatollah of Patriot$, the MONEY-BOMBing, racist news-lettering, campaigns to make a profit L.Ron. Good cons always trade on the greed of the 'mark'... of course the 'mark' is going rip you off any chance they get. What a stupid, stupid, stupid man.

AFAIK the only press Adam The Man Kokesh has got since turning snitch was this article, Adam "The Man" & Charles -vs- The Government, on 2013-11-19 in the Santa Fe, NM, Reporter. The Charles being referred to here is The Man's con artiest dad, of course.

Actually this article is pretty sympathetic The Man, and includes a lot of biographical information that I wasn't aware of. I was actually planning on doing this article up ITT and mining some quotes.

But just like all the Liberty Sheeple ripping each other, and The Man, off... it all seems like a moot point now. Nobody it seems cares about The Man anymore. The way I'm handicapping it... he's going away for several years. During that time new, younger, and perhaps not quite as stupid "The Man"s will come along to work the long con on the Liberty Sheeple. By the time The Man gets out of the can... he'll be a long forgotten luser.

But speaking of handicapping... and once again I got no good sources, just chirping on the interwebs...

Don't be surprised if The Man cops a plea Monday in VA court.

And... no news about Adam The Man Kokesh at all. Most likely the status meeting was rescheduled, due to The Man's new government paid lawyer needing more time to prepare. However, at this point Kokesh really isn't news anymore. Even in the very marginal sense he was back in his RT daze. So maybe they had this status meeting, and nobody from the press bothered to show up.

I'm not a lawyer, obviously, and I won't even pretend to play one on the interwebs. But let me review what The Man's may be looking at legal-wise. Once again, this is simply my uninformed and ignorant musings...

Well, first of all, The Man cite'd out of his May Philly pot bust. So that's all behind him, except as being busted for drugs goes to character on his DC, and possible VA, sentencing reports. He pleaded guilty to his June DC pot bust, and his July DC stupid publicity stunt, and is free awaiting a sentencing, on 2014-1-17, to up to 7 1/2 years in prison, less about three months served.

He is facing two VA charges. AFAIK no trial date has been scheduled. But unless he gets some extraordinary deal from the DC courts, he's going to be in custody during that trial. If it goes to trial.

The shroom charges are for up to 10 years, and then up to three years of Conditional Release, which means among other things, lots of pee tests. The guns&shrooms charge is for up to five years, but I missed this before... it not only comes with a two year mandatory minimum, it must be served consecutively with the underlying shrooms charge. If convicted, he has about a months credit for time served.

Worst case scenario: 22 years total in the prisons, followed by three years of VA conditional release... The Man would be 56 years old before he gets out -and- gets high again. My WAG: Six years total in the prisons, and three years of VA conditional release... The Man would be 40 years old then.

Of course, there are several big wildcards here.

First, we don't know what, but something definitely happened in the VA jail, and The Man got himself into PC. Shortly after, the VA court granted him bond, which from all reports is almost unheard of in VA for guns&drugs charges. But, then the DC cops then took him custody. Also placing him into PC, were he stayed most of the time after being transferred.

Second, after he got into GP, we know there was an unsuccessful attempt to smuggle a cell phone into the DC jail. We know that part of The Man's plea agreement was immunity from this incident. And we know his 'Liberty' movement Lawyer was dismissed, by the court, in emergency session the very next day.



Third, the old pre-jail The Man, sure looks like he was tweeking above. He's extolled the Silk Road and shrooms on his begging pod-casts. And he is infamous for getting busted smoking pot. He has serious and diagnosed PTSD, which warrants a 75% disability, that he developed as an honorably discharged Iraq War Marine. Which he's long been off his meds for, and has been self-medicating instead. And he has never been accused of acting violent. Even his alleged guns & shrooms in VA were locked up responsibly in a safe.

Neither DC nor VA have parole/probation. But both have Drug Court programs, that are targeted at non-violent first time offending drug addicts, just like The Man. These can result in a significantly reduced sentences. But in both cases... you gotta plead guilty to get into the programs.

And fourth of course, he might need to roll on some fellow PATRIOT$ and con-artists in the 'liberty' movement... to save his own skinny white ass some more time in prison. If I was one of the PATRIOT$, I wouldn't get near The Man, without having him checked for a "wire" first. The Man's gotta do what The Man's gotta do.

Of course, since he is surely going to prison for several years starting here in 2014, it will be a wish denied. The Man has his sentencing for his DC violations, scheduled two weeks from today, on Friday 1-17.

However, he is probably looking at more time with his VA charges. The VA charges are for up to 15 years, and three more years of supervised release (piss tests). All this in addition to his DC sentences of up to seven years. So... what's up with The Man in the Commonwealth?

Well it turns out he had his preliminary hearings continued to Tuesday 2014-3-4 at 2 PM. FYI: his case numbers are GC13152459-00 (shrooms) and GC13152461-00 (guns). The status of these cases can be tracked at <epwsgdp1.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/caseSearch.do?welcomePage=welcomePage>. Interestingly, The Man lists his address as Pebble Beach, CA... and apparently drives like a libertarian-type too, as he also has two cases of alleged moving violations open before the Fairfax County court.

Adam 'The Man' Kokesh might well have made his farewell statement with this UTOOBZ. This is another embarrassingly bad 'podcast' with terrible audio... this time the interviewer is fellow 'Liberty' Movement interwebs beggar Jeff Berwick, and his LOLtastically entitled "Anarchast -- Your Source for Anarchy on the Internet".

The Man continues to be coy, mentioning his VA charges only in passing, and only saying that he expects a "less than seven years" sentence for his DC violations.

Other interesting tidbits... The Man asserts that us ACers are the only true libertarians; that libertarians are pretty much all ineffectual "keyboard warriors", especially post L.Ron; that real libertarianism, with self-pwnership, the NAP crap, and being all about the 'voluntary', only really started with M.Rothbard; that we need to secede, along with other 'statist'-rights derp; and surprise-surprise... he's still begging for the $$$$$.
