I assume you are both referring to the pix at the bar. To give credit, it was taken by staffer S of the Hotel Indigo San Diego on 2015-8-23.

The pix was staged: I had stood up, and Sabo had hopped over to my bar stool. The beer was mine. Sabo isn't interested in beer... and even if he was, I still wouldn't give him any. He can go get a job if he wants to go out bar drinking, anyways. He did get some of those fries seen behind his noggin, however.

That was a really hot day, and we had just finished a long walk downtown. IDK if he needed a bath... he's really a black short-hair dog under a very light overcoat of grey scruff. However, he had worked up a good sweat that day, and his hair was definitely 'down' in that pix. Good eye, my cousin.
