I have a step 5 ticket but i dont see step 5 in the lobby. Glitch or something? I see every other step in there.

Apparently it doesn't show up under the "satellite" tab, so flip over to "all" or "special" or "wsop".

WPN Rep, currently we don't receive rakeback when we use tickets to play in the WSOP steps. Will this be changed?

Hi Bros'n'Hoes,

what about unused tickets, did you find a solution for that?

I won two $540-Tickets so far, I will use 1 for the Main Event on July 2nd, but what about the other 1 if no SNG will run up till that date..?

I really hope, that we will get some T$ or smth. like that..?!

Ok guys i have some good news and bad news.

The bad news is that there is a glitch in tickets and they are not awarding rakeback as first thought.

The good news is... We will manually pay all rakeback on the tickets once this promo is done. We have come to far to turn back now

That's great you are going to do something for unused tickets. Is there any potential to just keep the steps permanently? They seem to be well received.

Yes the $540 is a good solution for those tickets. Can we get some sort of definitive answer on the $2800 tickets? I currently already got into the $540 satellite but don't want to push for a $2800 step if I am to told at the end of the promotion I am SOL on $2800 when these run so infrequently (if ever as of right now).

I am guessing that i will prob depending on how many 2800 tickets there are.

Run an actual 1 package sat for that buy in at a time that works for all players or run a sng with just the players that have those tickets.

I will def do something but i need to see.. I do imagine one of these will kick off before this promo ends.

In terms of keeping steps. I do like the way they have been received. The whole RB issue is a pain but i am thinking maybe a 250k GTD 5k Buy in Boss event instead of the 5k cage which i can run steps into that.

All of the unused tickets people have should have full residual value. I know you want people to use their tickets and that's fine, but it will be impossible for all of the tickets to be used. Whether it's a step 1 ticket or a step 7 ticket, there should be a way to get value for it after this is over.

Seems like the easiest thing to do is to just keep the steps as is where step 6 tickets can be used for mtts or a step 6 sng where the payouts are just cash. And then, whenever you have a bigger event to run a satellite for (wsop, punta cana, etc.) you can add a step 7 game.

A slightly restructured buy in point would make sense. Have the steps feed to the 215 and then offer punta cana seats also at the higher steps.

These seem to be popular, so why aren't the higher level ones running? Winners of the lower steps win tickets to the next higher ones, right? So shouldn't there be a core group moving up and filling those upper levels? Or is it because you can use step 6 for the megasat so winners are saving for that?
