Also, do we get rakeback for using a ticket into a higher step?
Sometimes these were good on PS for buy-ins to higher tourney's you couldn't afford, even only a few steps up. Like using a ticket for a $10, $22 and so on instead of just climbing way up to the top. They would add a help to the smaller/mid player, which seems to be going away on all poker room. I doubt i'll play them for the WSOP but they are something people like that isn't JP

As if normal SNG's weren't slow enough...really slow now.

These steps are great. Many place 4 players and pay cash for 3rd 4th. Step 4 gives 3 tickets but no cash. Dont see step 5 right now (odd). Step 6 pays 1 ticket or 3 cash places. Final step is tough, 2 trips to Vegas, or 200 bucks for third, lol. I enjoy snowballing small stakes SNG just to build a roll. These steps allow me to do both! Come on guys lets all go to the WSOP!

Seems like a hard way to build a BR IMO. Only good thing is the traffic.

YAY! I'm looking forward to moving up the ladder!

06-04-2017 , 04:20 PM

Y'all ACR players are not pushovers. Can we import some Merge sng players for the duration of the steps? 8P

What will happen to unused tickets? Just thinking not sure if I have seen anything over $140 running and let's say I run it up to $2800 step, but I never play when these run as I am sure them running will be rare.
06-07-2017 , 05:22 AM
and theyre all turbos. not many want to play a 2800 sit n go, let alone it being a turbo. a $500 mega that guarantees 2-3 seats should get plenty of runners, with sattelites winning into it.

Acr turbos play longer than traditional turbos though. I personally love these steps. I started at step 2 and I'm through step 4. I do agree at certain times for anything above step 3 there's going to be a significant wait to get it started.

My biggest fear is starting at the lowest steps and making it to 6 or 7 and then busting in like 5th place getting absolutely $0 for my efforts

What happens if you manage to win a 12,500$ ticket?

Do you get 12,500$ in cash paid into your ACR account able do to what you want with the cash or do you get 2,500$ in cash and a "ticket" for the 10k$ Main Event?

So, do you have to play the event in case you win a package or is it possible to pass and just get the cash?

No, you just get cash - If you want to play the Main, you do it on your terms.

ACR is not affiliated with Caesars or Harrahs or whoever... they cannot legally buy you in - its for CASH only.

Thanks, man!

Great to not have the obligation to play if things come up unexpectedly.

I have only been getting rakeback for the WSOP sng's I have bought into. I have not received any rakeback for the tickets I have won and used. I emailed support and their reply was a general email of how rakeback is calculated.

Hmmm. Welp. At least they allow several cash finishes versus the endless loop of lesser tickets as pointed out by Winning_TD

Both cash and tickets have the exact same amount of value so if WPN is going to say they offer 27% rb then they need to honour that regardless of how a person buys in to any tournament or sng.

Hey Winning_TD, I just got off the phone with support and they confirmed that tickets used do not award rakeback, so that is why I was not receiving any. Can you clarify as you have given us other info?
