This is getting ridiculous dude can you step in here? Do you have any clout with these cashouts?

Try to be patient but when i call support and they are not even smart enough to look at the WINNERS LIST to confirm i won a seat, I assume no one has a clue what they are doing.

my 10k has been sent. I followed your cashout instructions. I have a grand total of $500 of my $11,500. Fix this

Already getting my shirt made up that says "Almost couldn't play due to ACR cashout times" or my personal favorite: "I was gunna win a tourney, but ACR cancelled it)

I'm confused are you complaining that they haven't credited your account or that they haven't allowed you to cash it out? I was under the impression that they credit you with 11.5k right away when you win is this not right?

Yes it was credited the next day. However even though I have sent proof I registered the event, they don't give the extra 1k until you take a picture of yourself jumping in the bellagio fountain naked with a time stamped piece of paper screaming I love ACR.

But yes I am complaining about the lack of facilitation in regards to getting the funds off the site

hw about to make some more wsop satelites? theres just 2 per week , thats quite small , the main event is coming .maybe should make a 300 or 500 sateliteS?

Hi, I won a package Sunday on Pokerhost and I have not been given any instructions or had anything credited to my account. Others here mentioned it taking less than 24 hours, has anyone had a longer wait?
