Do you guys ever notice games not getting credited S&C points? I haven't played enough to know if it's just a fluke or not.

I have an OD I played that shows up under My Account --> Transactions --> Poker Statistics --> Tournaments, but not under My Account --> Transactions --> Tournament History (and no S&C points credited for it).

Certainly this instance is not a big deal. But if it's a recurring thing, I guess the site should be made aware.

I am going to load a huge session of PLO8 sngs in the $5-$10 range.... COME GET SOME!!!! If you want a top spot on the SnC LB, gotta play these too Lets fire these things up!!!!

Are you talking about ODs $10+? If so they don't get any points anymore, regardless of what the promo page says.

No, they were $5 ODs. Most of them were recorded properly.

It will be a pain to keep track for anyone playing a large volume. No idea how common it is just based on the few I've noticed, but it seems like missing out on 10% of points could be significant.

that's quite concerning... that seems like a ridiculously hard thing to keep track of esp for mass tablers, but I wonder if anyone else has noticed this happening or if this is (hopefully) an isolated problem. (not that it helps you Max, but it would be awful if this were a bug that will just get added to the ever increasing to-do list of the devs)

$10 OD's dont count toward SnC???

can i get a heads up on which sngs do not qualify?? i assumed basically all of them qualify as long as its not a satellite or something.

Would have been nice to hear something about this from a rep.


Anyway, from the S&C thread:

I play a lot of the OD's lately for the leaderboard points and sometimes they take between 90-120 minutes to finish.

You get the points credited when they game actually ends and not when you bust so if you drop out early you could be waiting quite a while to get credited but I always do.

The only thing I can tell you is if you think you aren't getting the points then before you start playing write down the amount on paper or windows notepad then go back and look at all the games you play in the tournament history to see how many points you were credited. If the number seems like you were shorted a game or two then go to the lobby with filters off and see if any on demands you played are still running which are highlighted in the running games in bold green.

Yeah, thanks BB, good points. I do understand when the points are credited. Since I only played a relatively small number of games on the days in question, it wasn't too difficult to notice and confirm a difference in points earned and points credited (long after the tournaments finished).

Having noticed it was why I went further and found the discrepancy between the WPN client's "Tournament History" report and "Transaction History" (Poker Statistics, Tournaments sub-section), as noted in my earlier post. When comparing the two reports, the tournaments in question appear in the transaction history but not in the tournament history.

I also went through the transaction history to find the tournament IDs for the three missing games and then confirmed in my tracking software that I had indeed played them.
