Can you please once and for all address why the PLO bonus is not aggregating, if/when it will be fixed and whether or not we should consider simply not playing for the bonus in light if the fact that this isn’t being addressed?

Saying you had a nightmare experience when dealing with online support is redundant, it is the same as...."I spoke to online support..."

The reps here, on the other hand, are great. You are always better dealing with them directly, unless you need the comedic interlude of online 'support'. To be fair, I did have one person that was super helpful in assisting in troubleshooting a tech issue several months back. He was really really good and helpful.
