Saying you had a nightmare experience when dealing with online support is redundant, it is the same as...."I spoke to online support..."
The reps here, on the other hand, are great. You are always better dealing with them directly, unless you need the comedic interlude of online 'support'. To be fair, I did have one person that was super helpful in assisting in troubleshooting a tech issue several months back. He was really really good and helpful.
